This was the worst tour I have ever done in all the places I have travelled in the world, a total waste of time even if it were free of charge!

It certainly is an experience! I chose this particular safari tour company on Viator because they would pick us from our hotel. Imran was also accommodating to make a quick emergency toilet stop as we were almost to our first destination. First stop was a 4-wheeling paid experience. I thought this was part of the package. When we got there, Imran did say it was going to be extra. However, the accent, fast speech, and speaking softly made it difficult to fully distinguish what was happening until we arrived at the ticket window to choose our 4-wheeler. Since my young son was excited to do it, I paid the extra amount. Remember, you are a tourist in the middle east, so be prepared to pay extra if you want: - 4-wheeling ride - head scarf - a picture with a bird - a camel ride longer than 20 feet in a circular pen - a horse ride - any 'extra' food/drink options The food was ok. The appetizers were fried ... somethings ... that was cold and chewy. The main meal was decent. I appreciated the vegetarian options. The shows were good to watch and get a flair for their culture. We were there mid-week and not a lot of guests, so the applause was weak for the hard work the entertainers were doing.

Warning: Avoid This Company at All Costs This company engages in blatant bait-and-switch tactics targeting unsuspecting tourists. They advertise a package for 180 AED that supposedly includes a 30-minute ATV ride, camel ride, sandboarding, food, and drinks. However, once you arrive, you quickly realize it’s a complete scam. The “camel ride” is a mere 2-minute loop unless you pay an extra 50 AED for a longer ride. The ATV experience is restricted to a small, dull circuit—unless you pay an additional 200 AED per person for a slightly extended ride that barely enters the desert. Even then, it’s just another short loop with a few quick photo ops. As for the food, it’s incredibly subpar. You’re served burned pasta and wilted salad after the show ends, and even then, you’ll wait in a long line. If you want to eat appetizers or anything remotely decent, you’re asked to pay another 70 AED per person. What should have been a fun excursion turned into a complete ripoff. We ended up spending nearly $500 on what was easily the worst travel experience we’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this business and any of its affiliates. Total scam.

We done trip with them on 06/04/25 . Trip was ok . The food was very very bad . Totally un satisfied . No taste at all . As they agreement unlimited food . But with in 15 minutes they stop all . Also bbq just giving one small ps chiken as limited , all of the staff inside unproffessional . Never 👎🏿will recommend to any one . It’s not only our opinion we so there so many guest was talking about same .

The company is so unreliable. I was told the pickup time was 3pm. But at 2.18pm the driver messaged me saying that he would be there in 20 minutes. So my friend and I went to the pickup point right away. But when we arrived, the driver disappeared. At 2.50, he told me he would need 5 more minutes. But at 2.58pm, he told me 5 minutes again. 6 minutes later he told me he was waiting me in an hotel which is 6 minutes away. I followed the pickup location the company sent me, but the driver kept asking me to send him the location. And no one solved the problem.

The tour is good, a taste of everything in a day. Private tour is much better than the group. The best part was our driver, Imran! Such a humble and nice person, soo attentive and sensitive to individual needs, great and safe driver, he knew all the tricks how to cut corners and bring the best of experience to us. Chose Imran at all cost!

Great experience of desert safari including dune bashing camel ride and dinner. Will definitely recommend.

Hello this is completely unacceptable.. we would like a full refund !! We have sat under the sun for three hours and my parents could not sit on the floor … the line for the food was more than 1 hr and millions of people all the tourists were very disgusted with this situation.. I’m completely embarrassed with my family that I brought to Dubai so excitedly.. you should all be very ashamed of what happened here tonight .. we did not eat or drink anything and we left without any show .. I almost got runover a few times because drivers are crazy speeding while people are walking in the desert .. super dark WOW!! We are trying to leave with our driver and the other tourists… and everyone is parked everywhere and we completely blocked . This is so dangerous..all hotels, the president , everyone needs to know about this . STAY AWAY horrible and Dangerous ..we were picked up at 3pm we have been stuck in a car .. trying to escape this place . We were dropped off now at 10:15pm. NO REFUND HS BEEN GIVEN YET !! Giving me a hard time this is Terrible, dangerous and scary !!!!RUN from this company !!

Feb 11, 2023 ☆☆ - Hotel pick-up/drop-off ☆☆☆ - Quad Biking experience ☆☆☆ - Desert Camp Center Stage & Seating Area ☆ - Snacks/Buffet Dinner ☆ - Washroom Cleanliness ☆☆☆☆ - Live Entertainment ☆☆ - Camp Activities ☆☆ - Dune Bashing ☆☆ - Camel Riding Hotel Pick-up & Drop-off If you're less than 5 people - It's better not to choose the Option with Hotel Pick-up/Drop-off as you will be sharing the car with other guests in which somehow will extend and added your travel time by picking up or dropping the other guests to their hotel (in our case, we travelled extra 1.5 hours since they prioritized the other guests from the palm island hotel and we're from hotel in Al Jadaf area. They picked us up first and travelled to the palm and waited the guests to come out of their hotel for almost 15-30mins, then after the desert safari they drop them first then us (despite of requesting them to drop us first since we still need to travel to Abu Dhabi in the evening). If we only knew, we could have chosen the option for centralized pick-up & drop-off which is near to our hotel, we would've not missed the last bus trip to Abu Dhabi ***This applies to all Dubai Desert Safari packages, if you're 5-7 people its better to choose the option with hotel pick-up & drop-off as you will fill the car's full seating capacity. Quad BIking & Dune Bashing It has now a centralized quad biking area prior proceeding to the dune bashing and desert camp. Agencies should have informed their guests in advance if they would like to experience quad biking in this area, if guests will avail this, they should pick-up the guests earlier so that it will not consume much time and misses the sunset later during dune bashing. They have done the dune bashing only when transferring to desert camp, just for the sake of dune bashing offer in the package, no more photo stop in the middle of the dessert. as no more time to do so as it wass already sunset. Desert Camp Activities /Snacks & Buffet When we reached to Desert Camp, we went directly to the line for free camel ride and it's dark already. We were not able to avail the snacks & unlimted tea/coffee as it was closed already inside the camp, no more activities mentioned in their offer such as traditional arabic dress, etc. Dinner buffet were served in 3 long tables with 2 lines each table. As there were lots of guests, there was only 1 person who did the refilling of the food as most of the guests were not able to get each food on the table, they lack of people here refilling the food. Live Entertainment The live entertainment was good especially the fire show. Washroom Cleanliness They have limited cubicle/toilets and it's not well maintained/cleaned. I just hope that they can improve on the above mentioned comments and always bear in their mind that they should treat all their guests equally and satisfactorily especially for all first timer tourists. First impression lasts... My advise is to research and check further reviews before proceeding. Thank you and Have a nice day.
