Booked on the day which was a mistake. Requested important information and did not receive a response for over two hours. Was then told the location was over an hour away and they don’t pick up which is very unusual for most tour operators. Advised them we couldn’t get there and requested a refund. They refused.

Your tour was booked on the same day at 8:53 AM. We replied to your WhatsApp message at 10:12 AM, approximately one hour and twenty minutes later, which allowed us to verify the service availability and provide confirmation. The message was sent to the number provided in your booking, but we did not receive a reply. Later, you contacted us via email, and we responded promptly, informing you that all information had already been sent via WhatsApp. You requested an earlier start time; we explained that, as the tour is on a sharing basis, this was not possible due to other participants. All necessary meeting point details, including the location link, were already provided in our first message at 10:12 AM, as is always the case for all our bookings. Regarding the distance from the meeting point, your hotel was approximately 25–30 minutes away by taxi, easily reachable within the scheduled time. Your email informing us that you could not attend arrived only about an hour and a half before the meeting time. We waited at the location and attempted to contact you several times via WhatsApp, but did not receive an immediate response. We regret that you could not join the tour and understand your disappointment, but we would like to emphasize that all details were communicated clearly from the start, and all other participants have always had no issues. The trip had a rough start. As there were 6 of us in one boat then realized that one was for a private tour so they moved us into another boat that had 4 people in it plus 2 guides. So now this totaled 12 people on the boat. I had arrived early to get a good seat but because of this was now in the back of the boat. Most of the tour were the stops on the beaches which were lovely!! So there wasn’t as much boat time as I had anticipated. However starting off the tour that way had been a bit unsettling. Loved all 3 beaches! Wish we could have spent more time at the second one because it was the prettiest in my opinion. But they were all amazing! Super easy to get out of the boat onto the beaches. You will only get wet up to your waist if you don’t want to get all the way in.
The mooring was a bit difficult to find as it is a bit winding behind a parking lot. Our captain has already missed us and met us, which was great! We were lucky to have the boat to ourselves due to the high temperatures (mid-June). First some sightseeing, to the Ethihad Towers and then to Dolphin Island...WOW! Incredibly clear and warm water. At the top, the different water colors meet, beautifully. We had a lot of time here to swim or just relax. Afterwards we went to a smaller island Crystal Island, which was no less beautiful. The third stop was a bit longer, we got a delicious halloumi sandwich and banana chips. Musafa has given us chairs, a parasol, a mini beach volleyball field a picnic blanket and and built up, there is really something for everyone! There is a jet ski rental in the immediate vicinity, which means you can watch the more or less talented riders and if you are lucky even see gazelles :) On the way back, we pass the presidential palace, breathtakingly beautiful. We would do again at any time and thank you again for the unforgettable trip and the opportunity to explore Abu Dhabi from another side in peace!
