Safari Float et expérience de la vie sauvage à Arenal

Juan and Fabian were great tour guides. Fabian dropped us off after stopping to show us two mother Sloths with babies and the Juan took us slowly down the river and gave plenty of time to see a Heron, Monkeys, Caymans, Iguanas, and Falcons. We also stopped along the way to plant a tree to continue to protect the river bank. At the end, Fabian picked us up and had pineapples, watermelons, and rambutans waiting for us. Make sure to pack sunscreen because it gets hot!

Amazing and truly unique experience, super grateful we were able to meet Carlos and his team who were super friendly, recommended this tour and gave us such amazing memories. Definitely worth it! We were a group of 5 friends that joined another family of 5 and the whole group had a blast. The price was super reasonable and the whole activity lasted like 3-4 hours. They picked us up and returned us to La Fortuna, and gave us delicious fruit to snack on after the whole thing. We got to see dozens of animals, trees and literally float through the wildlife. Can’t really ask for more!

We had a fantastic trip, kayaking on Arenal Lake. Carlos our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, and he and his brother Giovanni made the experience extra special for our 7 year old son, giving him the chance to kayak solo for the first time. We felt safe throughout the whole tripe and got to see some great wildlife. Make sure to bring spare clothes to change into afterwards - you will get wet!

We really enjoyed the morning kayaking in the lake with a beautiful view of the volcano in the background. The tour guide Carlos and his brother Geovani were super encouraging and helpful. We didn't feel rushed and felt very relaxed. Carlos had an excellent knowledge of the area and any interesting history! To finish we had beautiful fruit of pinneapple, lychee and mango. Would highly recommend you use this tour!

We had an absolutely incredible experience on the Peñas Blancas River! Although heavy rain meant our kayak tour had to be changed to a boat tour, it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Our guides, Jovani and Juan, were outstanding. Their knowledge of the wildlife and rainforest was amazing, and they worked tirelessly to spot animals we never would have seen on our own. Thanks to them, we saw howler monkeys, a crocodile, iguanas, and countless beautiful birds. They were enthusiastic, informative, and made the entire experience both fun and educational. A special thank you to our driver, Fabian, whose eagle eyes made the day even more memorable. On the way to the river, he spotted a two-toed sloth and pulled over so we could all admire it. Then, on the drive back, he noticed a stunning scarlet macaw and stopped again so we wouldn’t miss it. Those unexpected moments made our day truly unforgettable. Even though we couldn’t kayak, the team turned it into an exceptional experience. Their passion for Costa Rica’s wildlife, attention to detail, and genuine desire to make sure everyone had an amazing time really stood out. We couldn’t recommend this tour—and especially Jovani, Juan, and Fabian—more highly. Thank you for giving us memories we’ll never forget!

I had the best time on this tour. All the guides were very good and knowledgeable about the animals we saw. The fruit provided at the end was a nice touch too. Would highly recommend this tour when in La Fortuna.

Our rover safari guide, Keilor, was absolutely phenomenal! Super personable, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the animals and the ecosystem! He went out of his way to spot wildlife we never would have seen on our own and took time to explain everything in a fun, engaging way. His energy and enthusiasm made the entire experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!
