me and my girlfriend spoke with a brilliant man called Daniel, he is very good at finding you the best trip/activity to do for you and always with the best price. We have done the extreme jet skis which were amazing would definitely recommend them. Daniel gave us all the information and told us exactly how to get there and what gate to go to. Because of this excellent service we have now booked a 3 hour buggy tour through Daniel who gave us the best tour for the best price and even got somebody to collect us included with the price. It’s a genuine ticket office that cares more about you than the money and always looks out for you as Daniel gives you a card with his name and number on it incase of any questions or problems which we have had no problems what so ever. Would definitely recommend to go to Daniel at the Fañabé ticket office you can’t go wrong.

We visited and were greated by Dan! To be completely honest he didn’t have to ‘sell’ us any trips thanks to our kids and their tik tok page 😆 We absolutely got robbed but in the best way possible, beautiful views, family fun and memories made. Trips we did were the self hire boat, jet ski, monkey park, Siam park, buggy’s to mount teide and go karting! We did not stop and had the best time! Chill Box is also a place you must visit.

We went to Tenerife first excursions on our second day to book a few activities, we had an amazing woman Kim, she made everything so easy for us, with the prices, explanation, directions and overall quality. She showed us the newest model of the jet skis and we had a great time. I would really recommend the jet skis personally, along with the monkey park, parasailing, sunset tour buggies and Siam park (VIP passes). Overall a very good experience, no hassle and if there was any issues I was able to contact Kim to resolve it! Very good place to book your holiday activities!!

First time booking a jet ski experience with Tenerife First Excursions and by a mile it was the best one we’ve been on. Due to a poor experience with a different company on our previous visit I decided to do things differently this time. I contacted Tenerife First Excursions through WhatsApp while still in the UK. Roxie responded within minutes with all the information I needed, such as price list, the best day to go for best weather conditions and what steps to take when booking. Once we decided to book the 1 hr trip, Roxie sent me the payment link and within 10 minutes of contacting them, it was booked I was sent the invoice on WhatsApp, which you will need to show on the day along with photos of your id or passport details. I was sent all the details of where to go for the meeting point and once we were in Puerto Colon, it was easy to find. The lads on the boat from Extreme Skis were brilliant and made sure everyone on the trip was looked after whatever experience they had. The jet ski was the best one I have been on and was in immaculate condition, we had the best fun. Have no worries about booking with this outfit, whether you are already on Tenerife or before you fly out. It was a straight forward experience and a brilliant morning on the jet ski. We won’t book with anyone else.

From tops of where to transport around Tenerife Lorena had everything covered.
