Lieux et horaires de prise en charge
Un service de prise en charge est disponible auprès des hôtels listés. Si votre hôtel ou emplacement ne figure pas parmi les points de retrait, veuillez nous contacter (le fournisseur) ou la plateforme pour vérifier la disponibilité. Vous recevrez votre point et heure de prise en charge via un message Viator. La non-participation au safari pour cause de point ou heure de prise en charge manquée ne sera pas remboursée. Si vous avez besoin d'un ramassage à l'hôtel, veuillez rencontrer le Guide à la réception de votre hôtel à l'heure; si vous avez besoin d'un ramassage au point de rendez-vous, veuillez trouver le Guide à notre bureau en bas à l'heure (Bureau Safari ensoleillé, Tähtikuja 1, 96930 Rovaniemi, dans le village du Père Noël).

- Un minimum de 2 adultes payants est requis pour que la visite fonctionne. Un seul voyageur peut rejoindre un groupe existant.
- Chaque traîneau à rennes est partagé par 2 adultes (sauf circonstances particulières). Un maximum de 2 adultes et 2 enfants est autorisé par traîneau. L'arrangement final des places est déterminé par le musher sur place.
- La durée de cette randonnée en traîneau est d'environ 40 à 50 minutes, nous vous conseillons donc de vous habiller de manière appropriée pour les températures arctiques.
- Salopette thermique et bottes sont fournies. La durée totale comprend le temps de transfert et le temps de changement des vêtements.
- Le service de ramassage est inclus à partir de certains endroits. Si votre hébergement ne figure pas dans la liste, veuillez nous contacter pour vérifier sa disponibilité.
- Vous recevrez l'heure et le point de rendez-vous finals dès confirmation. Ne pas participer au safari en raison de manquer l'heure de rendez-vous ou le point de rendez-vous ne sera pas admissible à un remboursement.

The tour cona sled lasts 1 hour, it was very pleasant, it is in the middle of the woods
It’s a very nice opportunity to see reindeers from a very close proximity and get the chance to feed them 🥰. Then there is a sleigh with the reindeers which isn’t too long and it’s an easy path - the reindeers are treated with lots of care from the staff. Staff also made sure the guests were mindful of reindeers’ movements and behaviour to keep both parties safe and fit! Our tour guide - Shan was such a friendly and helpful person, taking pictures of us with the ride and also taking care of dropping us safe in our drop off locations. Part of the tour was a visit in a very cozy shelter with an amazing fireplace in the middle - we were given cinnamon buns, warm juices and lots of useful information on the reindeers and their lifecycle. One of the most interesting I found is the life expectancy of the reindeers and how age doesn’t really matter, but it’s based on their personality! During winter time the reindeers are kept in farms and during summer time, they are free to move around anywhere and do whatever they like! Oh, forgot to mention the reindeer driving license to get on your way out which is valid for 5 years .. which means we have to visit again in 5 years to renew it! How cool 😍😻 - Although we think we will visit sooner than that 😍
It was a very nice trip. We learned something new about rendeere. The sledge ride was not so impressive but we booked the short tour just one day before - maybe the longer tour would offer some better experience? Our guide Marta was very friendly and save driver.
I loved my trip with Mari, she is a wonderful entertaning tour guide! The farm was a nice location we could feed the animals, if yoi wanna pet ask for Manu deer!
We visited the reindeer farm today with our family (2 adults, 2 kids), and it was an amazing experience! Paula, our driver and guide, was absolutely wonderful – attentive, caring, and professional throughout the visit. She made sure that even during a simple but heartwarming activity like feeding and petting the animals, our family could truly enjoy the moments together. A huge thank you to Paula and the whole organizing team for making this such a memorable and well-coordinated experience. Highly recommended!
The tour was really fantastic. We took part in the nice reindeer safari trip. We have got so many intresting information about the reindeers. We could sledge one round with nice reindeers. everything was well organized. Pick-up at our house (in the center of Rovaniemi) at the correct time. Nice people who welcomed us. Beautiful nature-experience. And afterwards a lot of explanation about the reindeers. This was both a great experience and very informative too. Our son, who is physically disabled joined the trip. This was not a problem at all.
