Poor service, poor facilities, poor agency

I traveled with this operator a few weeks ago, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. The agency is completely dishonest, especially the owner, Worse, they are not a member of KATO (Kenya Association of Tour Operators). That means no accountability, no industry standards, and no one to complain to when they cheat you. KATO membership is the bare minimum for any serious tour operator in Kenya. My strong advice to anyone reading this: Do not make the same mistake I did. Pay a little more and book with a well-known, KATO-registered agency. Do not trust Abert or this low-quality operation. They will ruin your safari and steal your money.

We didn’t satisfied with their service and tours, it was like a scam for us, we overcharged for all national parks entrance fees. I don’t recommend them for your holidays.

Untrustworthy company, everything seems good at beginning but they changed their words many times to get more money. There are lots of reputable agencies in Nairobi, so I suggest do not waste your time and choose another agency.

Even outside the migration scenes, Exciting Africa Holidays delivered. We saw giraffes, hippos, and leopards with Zack as our enthusiastic guide. Transport was on time, meals had a homemade feel, and accommodations were clean and welcoming. A peaceful safari that never felt rushed—solid value.

‎I came for the migration photos and left with much more. Sammy positioned the transport perfectly for lighting and action. We saw lions stalking, wildebeests sprinting, and zebras mixing in. Meals were just right, and accommodations had great workspaces for editing. If you're a photographer, this is the trip.

Meta knew the migration schedule like the back of his hand. We avoided the big tourist crowds and saw the best moments. Transport had binoculars, the meals were delicious, and accommodations offered great sunrise views. I felt like a VIP in nature—worth every dollar.

Exciting Africa Holidays created a seamless safari for us. Sammy gave us the best seats to the migration and even helped me get some great slow-motion shots. Transport was clean, meals had variety, and accommodations had solar power and hot water. A top-tier safari for a reasonable price.

I booked the trip for the migration and ended up falling in love with everything—sunsets, jackals, baboons, and birds. Meta had an eye for detail, and our transport never once got stuck. Meals were tasty (especially the grilled meat), and the tented camps were cozy. More than I bargained for!

The migration was emotional—watching wildebeests hesitate, leap, and survive was like a real-life drama. Meta added depth with his commentary. Our transport had great suspension, meals were flavorful, and accommodations blended into the bush beautifully. It was raw, powerful, and beautifully organized. A once-in-a-lifetime experience.
