Description
Un voyage au Qatar n'est pas complet sans une visite du DÉSERT du Qatar qui rencontre la mer. Situé à environ 100 km au sud de Doha, les 30 derniers km du voyage sont hors route, à travers les dunes de sable. Ne partez qu'avec un voyagiste local enregistré et des conducteurs tout-terrain expérimentés ou vous pourriez finir coincé. Tant sur le chemin qu'une fois arrivé, le paysage est magnifique. Excursion d'une demi-journée combinée à la planche à sable, balade à dos de chameau et déguster le thé dans un camp traditionnel du désert. Ça vaut le déplacement.

Shabab was great! Lovely and a friendly person who gave us the freedom to wait, take pictures and just chill and absorb the atmosphere. No preasure or rushing. Also knowledgable about the local stuff so it was a biy of a cultural trip as well.

Shabab was an amazing dune-bashing driver. Even though he clearly does this every day, he made the entire experience feel special — like it was his first time and he genuinely wanted us to enjoy every second. His energy, enthusiasm, and confidence on the dunes made us feel safe while still giving us the full thrill of the adventure. We had such a wonderful desert safari experience, and a big part of that was our guide Khalifa. He was extremely professional, punctual, and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire trip. His driving skills on the dunes were excellent — thrilling but very controlled, which made the experience exciting without ever feeling unsafe. He was also very kind and patient, especially with my mother, making sure she was comfortable at every step. He explained everything clearly, helped us take beautiful photos, and never rushed us. The timing was perfect, and the whole experience felt well-organised and smooth. Highly recommend this tour — and especially this guide — for anyone looking for a safe, fun, and memorable desert experience in Doha.
