Mostly driving around trying to get you to spend money. No real time on the beach.

The resorts are fantastic. Great food, great service. However we felt a bit locked in. Taking the family on a Runners Adventures tour was just what we needed to stretch our legs a bit. We got to see a bit of the city, and the countryside, and a river cruise. Well worth the price and we highly recommend it!

Eddy and Cesar were really great and we were so glad we did this excursion! Eddy was knowledgeable and passionate about sharing the beautiful land and culture of the DR. This was our favorite thing we did all week, and the lunch was amazing! We would definitely recommend this tour to friends and family
Easy was endlessly knowledgeable about his country and people. Thorough in talking through the facts and figures but also very responsive to questions from the group. We loved the church, a brutalist masterpiece imho. Maria plantation was also cool!

Norberto is a trained, friendly and polite guide, he accompanied us speaking in our language and at the same time accompanied also Frenchwomen. Pedro, the driver, very polite and friendly, drives very well and carefully. I recommend them!!
Rudy and Felix were the best tour guides!! Had such a great day, definitely suggest. They took great care of us. Loved the chocolate tasting and coffee. The beach was beautiful.
