- Visite peut accueillir maximum 11 invités, mais il y aura plus de clients à la réserve et sur le trajet en voiture.
- Si les clients se rendent par eux-mêmes à un point de ramassage indiqué, ils doivent prévoir un temps de trajet suffisant (c.-à-d.... retards de circulation, etc.) afin d'arriver au point de ramassage à temps pour la collecte.
- Si les clients n'arrivent pas à l'heure de départ prévue, la visite partira et aucun remboursement ne sera donné.
- Il est obligatoire que les clients nous contactent 48 heures avant le départ de la visite pour confirmer à nouveau qu'ils voyageront toujours sur la visite. Si les clients ne prennent pas contact avec nous au plus tard 48 heures avant la date du voyage, la réservation sera automatiquement annulée.
- Lorsque plus d’une personne voyage – nous exigeons les noms et prénoms de tous les clients voyageant (la raison étant que si la réservation de visite est faite avec une personne et la réservation hôtelière est faite sous une autre, nous serons informés par l’hôtel qu’il n’y a personne de ce nom à l’hôtel ce qui entraînera des retards et pourrait faire manquer la visite aux clients).

Our driver was great! He was punctual and a very nice and polite person. He explained a lot of things and answered many questions. The safari ranger was great too, he explained about all animals and answered our questions. All the staff were nice and welcoming and the food was generous, clean and tasty. A great day, we really enjoyed our experience.

If you don’t have the opportunity to go for Kruger or another safari, I recommend you do, but don’t expect the same experience. I went to see zebras and rhinoceros I hadn't seen in the kruger and found them less exciting than the kruger. For me a safari is you observe the natural habitat of the animal and see it following its life, I found very robotic the safari even having seen well from close 4 of the big 5. I felt more like a zoo than a real safari. And there is little unity of each animal, and the lion was in a separate area, full of grid, I felt disturbed.
This tour gives you the best of both worlds: the thrill of hot air ballooning and the elegance of the Cape Winelands. The morning balloon flight was peaceful and gave us views you can’t get anywhere else - endless rows of vines, mountains, and the early morning mist lifting over the valleys. After landing, the day continued with visits to Delaire Graff Estate and Spier Wine Farm. Delaire Graff was stunning with its art, gardens, and architecture. We did a wine tasting there and the staff were fantastic. Spier had a more relaxed vibe with historic cellars and beautiful grounds. The guide throughout the day was knowledgeable about both the wine region and the ballooning process. Lunch wasn’t included, but there are great spots at both estates.
What a wonderful safari full day from Cape Town with a great buffet lunch too! Our driver Denver and Game Park truck Driver Nigel were both excellent, and we saw all the animals we wanted to, even close up.

A truly fantastic day out, very well organised, Denver our driver picked us up from the hotel and was brilliant from start to finish, really lovely man! Freddie was our safari guide and he too was fab! Very knowledgeable and friendly chap. It was definitely a day to remember, we got to see 4 of the big 5 and met some lovely people along the way

Had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival the alcohol/ non alcohol your choice was a very good. The buffet meal was absolutely fantastic. They put on a spread like I never expected. They served hamburgers and all the fixings, lamb, fish, all sort of beans, rice, other sides, cooked vegetables, a big salad bar, meat and cheese assortment, and a dessert bar. At lunch any drink you was on you. The safari tour was wonderful you saw 4 of the Big Five and a few more animals. Only one we couldn’t find was the leopard. Half way through the 3 hour safari we had a potty break with a welcoming Free drink, alcohol/ non alcohol, coffee tea or bottle water. I HIGHLY recommend this tour. They really are for sure all about making the tourist experience a reality with some comfort !!!!!!!!

It was very organized and good. I wish the birds had been identified. Our guide's accent was hard to understand and I saw guides on other trucks get off and talk, which made him easier to hear and also apparently talking more. The facility is very nice and food good.

The guide did an amazing job making sure we saw as many animals as we could during our tour. He made sure we had plenty of time to take photos and would tell us interesting info about the animals during stops. Our driver to get to Aquila was also great! He was very friendly and accommodating.

A truly unforgettable experience. Pick up was simple and the driver was great. Welcome with complimentary drinks and a nice meal. The tour was unbelievable. My partner loved it and left with pictures of elephants, lions and so much more! Would definitely recommend.

The whole experience was great! As a first time safari-goer, this is a good start to introduce one’s self to a safari adventure. The communication with the tour operator was good. They even picked us up in our airbnb. The van that picked us up was clean and really nice. We were only 8 in the van so it was good. I wish the van driver told us some information about Cape Town as we were driving to the range. But anyways, the drive to and from was good as well. The buffet lunch was filling. Good variety of food. The safari was huge. The ranger was very informative and he ensured that we get to see the animals as close as possible so we can take photos. We saw the Big 4 (minus the leopard). The lion enclosure was pretty awesome. We got really close to the lioness and the lion. We also saw other animals - baboon, ostrich, zebra, etc. all in all, it was a great experience. One of the highlights of our trip.
