I contacted Walter on the advice of a friend when I was in Cusco. I was with my husband and a couple of friends, we decided to take a day trip in the Sacred Valley and Walter suggested the cities of Chinchero, Moray, Salineras and Ollantaytambo. We love all the places visited! The guide was attentive and told us the history of each place.
Be careful, this company spends a lot of its time and money on marketing and a good website to quickly book things. They’re tours however are extremely basic. We booked a private tour for sacred valley for one day. I reiterated to Willy several times we wanted an English speaking tour guide. We were given a nice woman who took our pictures but by no means actually understood English. She spoke a few memorized rehearsed lines in English about each site but when you asked her any questions she went blank. Not worth an extra $75 US dollars. Our lares tour and 4d Inca trail were with Alpaca expeditions and they did not disappoint.
Sorry for the inconveniences, Elizabeth. We are going to work hard to solve all those problems you mentioned in the comment. Hope you've enjoyed your time in Peru. Best regards, Conde Travel.
I have saw a lot of good review here, but turn out I was so disappointed of what their service are. I would like to join the Sacred Valley full day tour, before I took the bus to Arequipa. I didn't book the bus yet when I came in to Conde Travel, and the salesman Willy sell me a so-called "VIP tour" that can go all the place in Sacred Valley. It seems nice, right? And he told me the bus will come back to Cuzco at 19:00, and I can get the bus to Arequipa on 22:00. I thought it fit my schedule, and I have booked it. Afterward, I found out there's no such "22:00 bus", the latest one is 20:30, and I send the whatsapp message to the agency, stated that it seems a bit rush for me to do the tour, can the bus take me directly to the terminal? The guy Walter in whatsapp seems don't really know about the situation, he just keep on telling me that it's ok, and you can just take the taxi from the travel agency office. I mean, I planned to walk from my hostel to the bus terminal, and now you want me to pay extra for a taxi? And I don't even have time to eat my dinner! Then, he insists the bus cannot take me to the bus terminal (which is only 10 mins drive), if I want to, I have to buy the bus ticket from their company (I still trust you?!) costs 90 soles (which I bought online only costs 49 soles), if not, I have to go to bus terminal by myself. I said, how come you promise a bus which is not exist, turn out I have to solve the mess by myself? He just offer me another suggestion to refund, which I don't have time to find another tour. Finally, I take a risk to join this "VIP Tour". The salesman Willy keeps on telling me how good is the tour, I can see more than the other classic half-day tour, when the tour started, the tour guide already told us, as we have to go to so many attractions, we will only stay in one point for a short time, I can't imagine, we only stayed in those amazing Inca ruin for only 30-45 minutes, I didn't even have time to walk around! In fact, the tour is not really that rush, in such "VIP Tour", they reserve the time on selling you different things, from chocolate, salt, alcohol, sliver, it takes a lot of time in this selling time! Come on! What is going on? Even when all people is not really interested in those stuff, they still not leave. Finally, I arrive in Cuzco at 19:30, and I have to rush to the terminal with time to buy a small sandwich. I have joined lot of tour in Latin America, I can't say all of them is great, but this one from Conde Travel, definitely the worst in my trip. From the over-promising to the rushing schedule and selling time, it seems like a tourist trap. They just want to earn your money and didn't care about the quality and service of the tour. Don't join the tour from this greedy agency!

Like other reviewers we had problems with information on pick up since we were staying at an AirB and B. Finally after 3 emails and two phone calls, we were told we would be picked up in 5 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes, the driver finally arrived and took us to the tour bus, which we were told was already filled. We were shifted to another tour company and were driven 15minutes to meet the other tour which was already to the road. Not happy with Condetravel that we were booked with.

However the tour company we were passed off to were great. Our tour guide, Angela was amazing!. She was very knowledgeable and Very patient with us. Some of the group lagged behind and she waited for us. I would take a tour with her again. Don't know the tour company she was with but the driver, Carlos and Angela were the best! Thanks for a great, but tiring day.

The group picked us up in the same hostel and took us perfectly to the 5 stops of the tour. The guide was nice and gave good and entertaining explanations. It is a good way to visit the Sacred Valley in a short time.

The whole bus was Spanish speaking except the four of us. The guide was great and said everything in both Spanish and English. The sites we visited were incredible and our knowledgable guide told us all about them. The bus driver was great till the ride back to Cusco, he was driving too fast and carelessly.

The description for this tour has changed since I originally booked it. We were put into a group with many other tourists that were sold similar trips from other companies - but each was sold something slightly different so many were unhappy. The tour was 97-98 in Spanish although the description said the guide would be bilingual. The original description said all entrance fees were included, but when we arrived at the sites, none of the entrance fees were included and it was a surprise to have to pay additional entrance fees. The tour guide liked to stop at tourist trap markets and much too long was wasted at places like that and too little time was spent at the historical sites.

The tour guide, Javier, was knowledgeable, friendly, and did his above and beyond effort to show us the culture, people, and lifestyle of ancient Incas. Thank you, Javier!
