Vasco was our driver. He arrived promptly ahead of our meeting time right outside the cruise terminal. After we greeted him, he asked what we wanted to see and shared his thoughts too. He was an excellent driver and took us to many top sites. We appreciated his conversation and sense of humor. His background knowledge was extensive since he grew up in Porto. We made a wonderful city trip with Gisela Almeida in Porto. She is a very safe driver and has a beautiful voice with which she gives captivating and clear explanations about everything that can be seen in Porto and the surrounding region. They worked with us to craft the perfect day for our family, from 7 to 70 years old, it was amazing. Our guide, Joao was outstanding, super knowledgeable, fun, great to tour with and willing to make all our crazy ideas work that helped keep the kids and parents happy. He bent over backwards and knew all the good places. We saw old town Porto, the river, and Lello. Porto was enchanting, the private transportation was a nice well air conditioned van.
