Absolutely Horrible cancelled my appointment for photos in Seattle and never even messaged me. Tried calling phone number listed with Viator and doesnt go through!! These photos were for our 25 wedding anniversary. So unprofessional dont wait your money on this company!!

Days went by, and no response came. Not a call, not a message. Still, we didn’t rush to cancel. We waited an entire week. We balanced professionalism with compassion, knowing that emergencies can happen, and so can communication delays. Our team tried to buy time—hoping to coordinate with another photographer or rearrange schedules. But with one week left and still no word from you, we had to make the difficult decision to formally cancel. By then, it was simply too late to reshuffle other clients, find a last-minute replacement, or guarantee the quality we stand for. We also sent a cancellation confirmation to the email address provided in your booking. If it ended up in spam or went unnoticed, we genuinely regret that—but we did take steps to notify you well in advance. Michelle, we are not a giant, impersonal agency. Emergencies are rare, but they are real—and when they happen, we do everything in our power to soften their impact for our clients. But communication is a two-way street, and unfortunately, without a response from you, our hands were tied.
