Kseniia was adorable.. she took lovely poses of my daughter in her graduation gown next in the major places, also the pictures of both of us were amazing.. had fun doing it.. highly recommended

Great experience, quick photo preparation. Although the city was full of people, but it doesn't show in the photos, the photographer conveyed the emotions very beautifully.
Our photographer was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient with family photos. She even showed us a special spot for “spy messages” under the arches, which was really fun.
I set this up for my wife and daughters and they had a blast. The photographer was very professional, made the experience fun, and the pictures turned out great.
Exercise CAUTION before booking with this company, Smiler Milan!! While vacationing in Italy, I booked and received confirmation for a private professional photoshoot with Smiler Milan on 17 June for a 10:30am booking the next day. This timeslot was advertised as available on the Tripadvisor website. That night at 8:30pm, I received a WhatsApp message from Smiler Milan stating that they did not have enough photographers available to honor the 10:30 booking that had already been confirmed. An alternate time of 8 am or 1pm was offered. Since I was due to depart Milan early the next day, I accepted the 8am timeslot but ultimately had a change of plans for departure. When reaching out to the company to let them know that I needed to cancel the booking, they insisted that I would not receive a refund. Even though I was flexible with the company not honoring my original booking at 10:30, they were not understanding or flexible at all with my changes in my travel schedule. From my experience with Smiler Milan, I suspect that they are often advertising timeslots that aren't available in order to collect booking fees, hoping that customers will agree to an alternate time. I wish I had not entrusted this company with my chance at capturing a special memory while on vacation. Do yourself a favor and don't make the same mistake.
