We are sorry to read your review and respectfully disagree with the characterization of the situation. Prior to the tour date, we sent you the confirmed pick-up time and meeting location through the contact details provided in your reservation. Our driver arrived at the designated place and waited within the established waiting window. According to our records, we did not receive any message or call from you before or during the scheduled pick-up time. Your message was received the following day, approximately 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time had already passed. At that point, the service had been marked as a no-show in accordance with our policy. We always make every effort to ensure tours operate as scheduled, and in this case all operational steps on our end were completed correctly. Unfortunately, when guests do not review the confirmed pick-up information in time, we are unable to proceed with the service. While we understand that missing a tour is frustrating, the reservation does not qualify for a refund under our no-show policy, as the service was fully confirmed and dispatched. We remain available should you wish to review the confirmation messages sent prior to your tour. Kind regards, Customer Service Team
I hate to leave negative reviews however they were 45 minutes late. We had a really hard time understanding the tour guide Silvestri. Luis the driver was great.
Hello Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate it, even when it highlights areas where we can improve. First, please accept our sincere apologies for the 45-minute delay. We completely understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you have planned your day around a scheduled pick-up. We will review this situation internally to better understand what happened and prevent similar delays in the future. We are also sorry to hear that you had difficulty understanding the tour guide, Silvestre. We understand how important clear communication is during a tour experience, and we will address this matter with our team to ensure better clarity and overall service quality. On the other hand, we’re very happy to hear that Luis provided great service. We will be sure to share your kind words with him — he will truly appreciate the recognition. Thank you again for your honest feedback. It helps us continue improving our service. Best regards
We had a wonderful day, Tulum was super beautiful, Mary knew so much interesting information about it. The cenote was amazing, exactly what I was hoping for. It was a long day but that’s just because we were leaving from Cancun. The van was comfortable and we were picked up on time.
Hi! Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We’re delighted to hear that you had such a wonderful day and that Tulum made such a great impression on you—it truly is a beautiful place. We’re especially happy to know that Mary shared so much interesting information and helped make the visit even more meaningful. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to her. It’s also great to hear that the cenote met your expectations and was exactly what you were hoping for. We appreciate your understanding regarding the length of the day when departing from Cancun, and we’re glad the comfortable van and on-time pickup helped make the journey more enjoyable. Thank you for choosing us, and we hope to welcome you again on another adventure in the future! Best regards
The tour was okay, but the ruins were pretty close to Tulum, so it would be easy to do on your own. The guide was nice, but not very engaging. When we first arrived to the ruins everyone split up before we entered, so we kind of just hung around for about 10 mins unsure of what was going on. The cenote was pretty, worth a visit.
Hello, Jessica Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We appreciate your honest comments and are glad to hear that you enjoyed visiting the cenote and found it worth the visit. We understand your point regarding the proximity of the Tulum ruins and that some travelers may choose to visit independently. Our goal with the tour is to offer convenience, transportation, and guidance in one experience, but we recognize that the value can vary depending on individual expectations. We’re sorry to hear that the guide did not feel as engaging as you had hoped and that there was some confusion upon arrival at the ruins. Waiting without clear direction is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, and we apologize for that lack of coordination. Your comments are very helpful and will be shared with our guiding and operations teams to improve group organization, communication, and engagement during the tour. Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us continue improving our experiences, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more seamless and enriching tour in the future. Best regards
What an amazing day. Lovely weather, beautiful water to swim in, tasty tacos and mean margaritas! Tobias is a cocktail connoisseur
I’m so glad I booked this experience instead of a different Tulum/cenote tour! I did a lot of research and it paid off. Jackie and Pedro were great. Jackie has so much knowledge about Mayan culture, even my teenagers were listening. Our group was the only one at the cenote and the tacos were amazing. Highly recommended.
Punctual pickup and the tour was really nice. We visited the archaeological site in Tulum and a cenote at Akumal
We had an absolutely amazing day in Tulum! We were picked up right on time at our hotel by our friendly driver Hugo and our wonderful guide Gabriel. At the archaeological park, Gabriel shared his incredible knowledge of Mayan culture and history with us. The ruins were fascinating, the views were stunning, and we even saw plenty of iguanas and a beautiful beach below. After exploring the ruins, we visited a breathtaking cenote where we swam in the crystal-clear water — such a refreshing and unforgettable experience! To finish off the day, we enjoyed some of the best tacos we’ve ever had. On the way back, we made a quick stop to see some beautiful spider monkeys — such a lovely surprise to end a perfect day. Everything was perfectly organized, and both Hugo and Gabriel made the experience truly special. We’re so happy we chose this tour — it was the highlight of our trip :)
Our guide Mari was excellent, very knowledgeable about the ruins. She gave us helpful hints prior to getting off the van. Opt for the lunch and get the tacos, so delicious. Bring a towel for the cenote and the water is cold! I knocked a star off as it was impossible to call the company like they asked ahead of time. Trip advisor staff really helped out. The Cancun travel experience should use what’s app!
