Votre aventure commence une heure après l'arrivée de votre bateau de croisière à Costa Maya. Rencontrez notre équipe au point de rendez-vous désigné à l'extérieur du port et profitez d'un trajet d'environ 50 minutes jusqu'aux ruines mayas de Chacchoben, entourées de jungle tropicale. Explorez cette ancienne cité maya, datant d'environ 200 avant J.-C., lors d'une promenade guidée à travers le site archéologique. Découvrez d'impressionnants temples et structures cérémonielles pendant que votre Guide partage l'histoire, la culture et les histoires de la civilisation maya. En vous promenant dans la jungle, apprenez-en davantage sur les plantes indigènes et surveillez la faune locale, y compris les oiseaux tropicaux et les singes-araignées qui sont souvent observés autour du site. Après avoir exploré Chacchoben, profitez d'un trajet confortable pour revenir au port de Costa Maya avec beaucoup de temps pour continuer à profiter de votre journée avant de retourner à votre bateau de croisière.

Our trip to the Mayan ruins was through Viator and was absolutely incredible. Our guides, Miguel and Olanda, were phenomenal from start to finish. They were extremely knowledgeable and engaging, and they went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group had a fantastic time. Their passion for the history and culture really brought the ruins to life. I highly recommend booking this tour, and if you get Miguel and Olanda, you are in for an amazing day! The company we used was Native Tours through Viator; you will not be disappointed.

The tour was great. The guide was extremely knowledgeable. The park was full of wildlife. Monkeys just in and out of trees. Guide was patient with us and the excitement everyone had while watching them!

Marie was a great tour guide, and Miguel ensured our safety as the driver. The site talk was informative but took too long in the heat. But, the site was only half excavated.

This was fun and educational. A great way to see the the cities and experience the culture. We also enjoyed the history of the ruins. Yoshi and Pedro with Native Choice were amazing. Yoshi took the time to explain things and was very informative. Definetly look forward to more with Nati e Choice.

Recommend-as of 6/22-Our guide was amazing! He really made the day fun. We learned so much about the Mayans and how the culture lives on. Then we went to the village. We learned more about surrounding villages, history, and watched our authentic and delicious lunch be prepared by the beautiful women. You will be back to meet the cruise.
