Buckingham Palace est la résidence officielle des souverains britanniques à Londres depuis 1837 et est aujourd'hui le siège administratif du monarque.
Trafalgar Square est une place publique de la ville de Westminster, dans le centre de Londres, construite autour du quartier anciennement appelé Charing Cross. Son nom commémore la bataille de Trafalgar, une victoire navale britannique des guerres napoléoniennes avec la France et l'Espagne qui s'est déroulée le 21 octobre 1805 au large du cap Trafalgar.
Une église royale au centre de Londres offrant des services quotidiens pour tous et un site du patrimoine mondial avec plus de mille ans d'histoire.
Le Palais de Westminster est le lieu de réunion de la Chambre des communes et de la Chambre des lords, les deux chambres du Parlement du Royaume-Uni.
Big Ben est le surnom de la grande cloche de l'horloge située à l'extrémité nord du palais de Westminster à Londres. Il est généralement étendu pour désigner à la fois l'horloge et la tour de l'horloge.
Changer de garde - également connu sous le nom de Garde de montage - est la cérémonie emblématique qui est vue par des millions de personnes chaque année au palais de Buckingham. S'il n'y a pas de relève de la garde, nous assisterons à la parade de la relève du garde à son défilé.
La place du Parlement à Westminster se trouve à côté de l'abbaye de Westminster et du Parlement. La place a été créée dans les années 1860 et abrite des statues d'hommes d'État bien connus, notamment Winston Churchill, Abraham Lincoln et Nelson Mandela.
À la fin de notre visite, descendez à Westminster Pier et embarquez sur le prochain bateau disponible pour une croisière pittoresque sur la Tamise. Profitez d'une vue unique sur Londres et son magnifique front de mer en partant de Westminster Pier pour rejoindre Tower Pier, à côté de la formidable tour de Londres.

- La croisière sur la Tamise va de Tower Pier à Westminster Pier ou de Westminster Pier à Tower Pier (ouvert, peut utiliser des billets à tout moment pendant le séjour à Londres)
- Veuillez noter qu'aucun transfert n'est inclus pour la croisière sur la Tamise.

Our tour guide was amazing. I cannot remember her name unfortunately. She knew all the history of the Royals and the landmarks around London. One of the best tours ever.

You can do this on your own and save lot of money on a city tour, we missed the meeting time because the weather and they didn’t even let us meet up with the group, they give one way cruise and you have to find your way back, we did more ourself didn’t need to pay ridiculous money, everything is right there in the city just get a map and hop on and off city bus make sure to get the red not the blue bus

Tour guide was knowledgeable and passionate about London history. However, tour does not include a scheduled boat tour. Received 2 passes for water and you have to go online and schedule it yourself. Since I only scheduled one day in London, that was not feasible.

Our guide Ruth and driver Idrris were great. Very pleasant and filled us with a lot of information. It was a great way to spend a few hours that we had in London. Booking, payment, and check in process was fast and efficient.
Staff unhelpful, requested to upgrade to window seat but refused, as the boat sailed people changed seating without challenge!!! Meal was average. Overpriced experience, would be better to book the Uber boat and have nice meal in a restaurant. Staff issue spoilt the experience somewhat.

This tour was amazing until it wasn’t. Our tour guide was hilarious and full of relevant information. She did an amazing job. It went downhill after that. It says the tour ends at one address. So, that’s the address I gave for our drivers to pick up my group of 10. I allowed additional time (an hour) just in case we ran over. What this tour does not say is that if you take the Thames River Cruise, you must walk almost 2 miles from the tour drop off to the dock to board the river cruise. We were not given comprehensive directions and found ourselves making one wrong turn after another. Because I had to change the pickup location, I incurred an additional expense from my transportation company. Because we wandered around trying to find the dock, we did not board the vessel until my original pickup time. Because my drivers had to wait for my group, I was charged a waiting fee that was calculated by the minute. Although we enjoyed to tour itself, I was extremely disappointed in the lack of pertinent information.

Terrible customer service when an unforeseen event being a person falling /jumping from a bridge on September 22 caused our transportation to delay without any warning . We were charged 100percent and didn’t have a way to catch up later :(

The river cruise was a great way to see the sites and the guide, Paul, was informative and funny. Was lucky enough to see the Tower Bridge open. The bus tour was okay. Used it to figure out where to walk around later, so not really worth the time. Our guide for the bus tour, Oliver, spent most of his time pointing out places he had posh lunches, gentleman's clubs, and famous people he used to associate with.
