L'autoroute Hana est la plus longue route panoramique côtière au monde, longue de 103,6 km.
À seulement six kilomètres de votre trajet vers Hana depuis Kahului, vous découvrirez la ville historique de Paia sur la côte nord de Maui.
Hookipa Beach est considérée comme la capitale mondiale de la planche à voile. Vous pourrez regarder les véliplanchistes, les kitesurfeurs et les surfeurs défier les vagues de l'océan et les vents du rivage. C'est également la capitale hawaïenne menacée des tortues de mer vertes, Maui, le long du littoral et se prélassant sur la plage toute la journée.
Baie sur la côte nord de Maui, protégée des alizés par des falaises abruptes, Maliko Gulch est connue comme le point de départ de ce qui est considéré comme la meilleure pagaie sous le vent.
Twin Falls est la première série de cascades et de piscines facilement accessibles sur la route de Hana.
Les chutes Haipua'ena sont une petite cascade et une piscine situées le long de la célèbre route menant à Hana à Maui. Grâce au sentier non balisé et à la courte randonnée sur un chemin souvent boueux, la piscine reçoit beaucoup moins de visiteurs que les chutes bien balisées le long du parcours.

Le Keanae Overlook, près du Mile Marker 17, offre une vue panoramique sur les parcelles de taro de Keanae et l'océan au-delà. La sortie de l'autoroute Hana vers la péninsule de Keanae est située juste au-delà de l'arboretum de Keanae.
Situées juste au-delà du Mile Marker 19, sur le mauka (côté montagneux) de l'autoroute Hana, les chutes Upper Waikani sont souvent appelées Three Bears.

Hana Bay Park est un parc du comté et une plage situés au centre qui servent de centre-ville à Hana.
Wai’ānapanapa, qui signifie eaux scintillantes, avec Pailoa, sa célèbre plage de sable noir et ses superbes vues côtières.
C'est un incontournable sur la route de Hana. C'est l'endroit idéal où s'arrêter si vous recherchez un trou de baignade et une cascade typiquement hawaïens sous lesquels nager. L'eau provient d'une source naturelle, incroyablement propre, mais très froide.
situé juste après la borne kilométrique n° 19, sur le côté DROIT de la route. Il y a des escaliers sur la droite, menant à un point de vue offrant une vue sur la vallée de Wailua, la péninsule de Keanae, les cascades lointaines et le Koolau Gap lorsque l'on fait face à l'intérieur des terres.
Un favori parmi les pêcheurs, les surfeurs et les familles locales, Honomanu Bay incarne l'isolement. Il repose au pied de la vallée d'Honomanu, une étendue verdoyante de merveilles volcaniques - et la deuxième plus grande vallée sur le versant nord de Haleakala - avec des élévations qui s'étendent jusqu'à 7 000 pieds dans le ciel.
S'étendant sur 7,8 acres et densément boisé, il offre aux visiteurs des vues rapprochées et personnelles des tulipiers africains et de l'écorce de papier, ainsi que des vues panoramiques sur la péninsule de Ke'anae (et sur le vaste océan si bleu).
Cet arbre arc-en-ciel unique révèle des nuances vives de vert, bleu, violet, orange et marron, tandis que des parcelles de son écorce tombent tout au long de l'année. Hawaï abrite plusieurs de ces magnifiques arbustes qui peuvent atteindre une hauteur de 200 pieds ! Beaucoup considèrent l’eucalyptus arc-en-ciel comme le plus bel arbre de la planète.

Our guide was beyond amazing. So knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He knows the area and can provide insight that many guid a s could not. He showed us places we would have never found on our own. His driving was excellent on a road I would never do on my own. If given the opportunity I would encourage visitors to use this company vs driving on their own. Relaxing and so much more to see and hear the history.

Tour guide was good but the Van had way too many people and we didn't go to the 7 sacred pools at the end of the road to Hana. They also didn't use the Ma'alaea Park and Ride for us who were staying in Kihei, Makena, Wailua so on the return we had to drive right past it and go all the way to Lahaina/Kaanapali which took over 2 hours up and back !!!! This made the tour very long.

Great excursion. Our guide Quinn, was so knowledgeable about the Road to Hana. He gave the history and folklore of Maui in such an entertaining fashion it made the 9 hour trip fly by. Along with the fantastic scenery it was one of the highlights of our vacation.

This is a must do for almost any age and ability! Start off in a very nice facility and instruction process. Tom was very laid back but strict in the training and really well versed on the tour information. We really enjoyed the headset, so you will not miss any of the historical information while maneuvering your Segway. Top notch equipment gave us the confidence to maneuver easily through all of the humps, bumps and turns on the streets of Lahaina. Several stops along the way were right on time, which were necessary for historical briefings. We are avid Segway tourers in many destinations around the US, and we all agree that Tom, of Segway Maui, is at the top of the list! Mahalo, Mike

We had such a great time learning about the city of Lahaina! It was a beautiful Maui morning and an amazing way to start the day. We did this as a family (5 of us), one being my 74 year old mother in law. She was nervous and our guide Tom, was amazing…going through all the training with us, being so patient and kind. By the end of training, we were all ready to try! The tour Tom gave us was so interesting, informative and riding the streets of Lahaina was so fun! Highly recommend this activity! Such good mems!
