L'altitude fait partie de l'expérience combo aventure. Entièrement guidé pendant 2 heures.
Treewalk L'accès à Treewalk de jour et Fast Pass est inclus dans l'expérience combo aventure. Autoguidé pour 30 à 40 minutes par visite quotidienne et par visite nocturne. À côté de la promenade des arbres se trouve notre nouvelle éco-grotte de Redwoods Glowworms. Cette expérience est entièrement guidée et prend environ 10 minutes à compléter.

- Altitude - les jeunes de 13 à 15 ans peuvent participer sans la supervision d'un adulte, mais un tuteur doit remplir la clause de non-responsabilité en leur nom.
- Altitude - Les enfants de 8 à 12 ans doivent être activement surveillés par une personne responsable de 16 ans et plus.
- Altitude – les cheveux longs et les objets flottants doivent être attachés.
- Altitude - chaussures fermées uniquement.
- Il est interdit de fumer, de manger ou de boire.
- Si un participant présente des signes d’ivresse, il ne sera pas autorisé à participer à la visite.
- Tous les participants doivent être capables de comprendre et de suivre les instructions.
- Tous les participants doivent porter des vêtements adaptés à la météo, c'est-à-dire une veste de pluie pour les jours pluvieux et une veste chaude pour les jours froids.
- Altitude - les participants doivent peser entre 30 kg et 120 kg.
- Doit être en bonne santé, sans hypertension artérielle, problèmes cardiaques, de dos ou de cou, mal des transports, étourdissements ou autres conditions pouvant être aggravées par l'aventure.

We booked for Saturday 2nd May for the afternoon session. The team were very welcoming and provided a good explanation of the tour..They had everyone kitted out in good time and provided a safety briefing. The adventure was brilliant, not too energetic, but enough to get the adrenaline flowing. Many thanks to your team for an excellent afternoon.

Exceptional service and experience from start to finish. The adventure course was doable for our family ages 51 to 17 moderately fit.

I joined alone from Japan!! It was such a wonderful experience! Thank you to all the staff!! Yesterday I joined the redwoods night tree walk plan and chose to visit the redwoods during the day. This course is much more thrilling than a regular treewalk!! I couldn't speak English, so I joined while using the voice interpretation function on my smartphone. There were words I didn't understand here and there, but thanks to the kind staff, I really enjoyed it. Also, the tour goers I went with helped me! At the first explanation, the insecure person fronts the line. Or I was asked to stay at the back. I was at the front of the line and had him assist me! It was heartening. I joined because I wanted to feel the nature, but I was so desperate to get the balance right that it was hard to concentrate on the scenery when I was crossing the bridge! I'm going to have muscle aches tomorrow!! On the bridge, he said it was difficult to concentrate on the scenery, but during the tour you feel the negative ions in the trees. And I felt that seeing nature from a height that you can't usually see is the most valuable thing! There was even a little bungee at the end!! Amazing. I feel like Tarzan. I felt really good about it!! Thank you very much.

Safety was good. Felt Guides didn't engage with the group (of 4) Guide was ahead on next bridge while last person still coming through missing instructions. Behind guide had a sleep on bridge while a talk was going on.. tour ok

Chloe and Tori were by good luck our guides, and Graciela and I [Alberto] hope we showed our appreciation to both of them, but we wish we had thanked them more because they are our best memory from beautiful New Zealand. Chole guided us very gently the first part of the adventure and then switched, and Tori guided us at the end. Our 3-Hour Redwoods Adventure on the 21st of May 2025 was dreamy. Graciela, my wife, started the adventure feeling fearful about the heights but with Chloe and Tori's help she became confident enough to do the final high jump from the tree platform to the ground. I am only sorry that while feeling elated by the experience I forgot to give a cash tip to Chloe and Tori because they are such natural lovely persons that they appeared to be guiding us just for pleasure and we forgot they were working like we all do to pay the bills. Traveling from New York we had been told that people do not tip in New Zealand. However, later on I found that tipping was done and welcomed there too, and Graciela and I did it at other places we visited afterward. Graciela and I strongly wish that all of Chloe and Tori's plans and dreams come true!!! We know that Chloe will soon become a superb airplane pilot.

The view was amazing! I'm scared of hights and i was trying to face my fairs! The staff Chole and Zack made me feel so safe! I had a great time in the forest connecting with nature and I think it was an awesome experience and I would definitely do it again!
