Roo Pass - Brisbane/Gold Coast Airport & GC Theme Parks

Had a very mixed experience over a week's holiday. The airport transfer to and from my accommodation was excellent. Drivers were on time, and dropped us off in a good spot. Used the information desk at Gold Coast airport, and the staff member there was friendly and helpful. My daughter left her phone on the bus and they made a special trip back to give it to us which I was super happy with. The negatives were with the theme park transfers. I pre-bought a Roo Pass but then couldn't figure out how to use it to get the transfer. I ended up paying twice, and have not got a refund. Staff on the phone couldn't understand what I meant and so couldn't help me. At the end of the day, buses were late picking us up after the theme parks. One driver was also very rude and refused to drop us back at the correct stop, meaning we had to walk for almost an hour to get home. If going to the Gold Coast I would suggest taking a public bus or even an Uber to the theme parks, as Con-x-ion is overpriced and sometimes not reliable.

Pass is no longer valid, should not be for sale as Con x ion no longer offer it. Basically found out at the airport that our transfers were invalid. Con x ion washed their hands of it and told me to buy a new pass… Now fighting with trip advisor for my $400 back so I can rebook transfers elsewhere.. Do not buy!!

Very professional from start to finish, and seamless pickups and drop offs. Very clear instructions at the airport of where to meet, and courteous and knowledgeable team. Made a few changes to pickups and very easy via phone with no issues. Smart buses, no delays, highly recommend for a stress free airport transfer, and easy theme park trips.

My daughter and her friend travelled to the Gold Coast on their first big girl holiday. Day 2 they missed there bus to Harbortown....lesson don't be late but also got lost to return home. Their driver kindly went in search of them and got them home safely. Amazing service. Would definitely recommend them 😊

My daughters and I were not picked up for our return trip to airport - we were waiting out on the street at our allotted time window (in fact we were 10 minutes early). We were tracking driver when we realised he had missed us and was on his way to airport. Phoned for help - was told driver had tried to phone us but he did not - my phone was in my hand the entire time as we were tracking where he was - and there was no call on my call log. No alternative arrangements made to pick us up. Thankfully we were able to get an uber quickly and managed to just make our check in time. Honestly it was terrible. On our inbound pick up the van had obviously been overbooked and person was left behind- driver only dod check after we left the airport. Uber was $50 Broadbeach to airport- apparently it’s a flat rate so much cheaper than the company anyway. Still out of pocket, no communication or apologies since not to mention refund! Theme park transfers were ok, pick ups fine, coach drivers nice. Does take a while to get to destination with all pick ups but that was expected. I personally would just get tram/bus or Uber for that too in future though so not tied in to te timetable

Reliable service, bus was usually on time but it wasn't their fault if it was a little late due to unorganised people simply not being ready on time. I would use Con x ion shuttle again for sure. Drivers were friendly and helpful..
