Vous pourrez voir le champ de bataille, appelé arène, où les gladiateurs se battaient dans le temps. Après vous pourrez visiter le niveau souterrain de Colossoum qui est récemment ouvert. Vous aurez l'occasion de voir des donjons et des couloirs secrets où étaient détenus gladiateurs et animaux avant d'entrer à l'arène. Vous verrez aussi le vieux mecanisam d'ascenseur vieux de presque 2000 ans. Après chaque personne aura accès à l'anneau au niveau du sol et à l'anneau du premier niveau où la vue se dresse

We looked for half an hour for our Guide and never found them so we did not get to take the tour. We had people sending us over here and over there and oh no it’s over here and at the end of the day the tout was starting and we could never find them very disappointing..
Super small group of only 4 people and our guide Andy was awesome, hes was super knowledgeable and made it really fun. The colosseum was unbelievable, I highly suggest this tour!

Canceled my $500 underground tour 4 hours before the tour start time. I was already at the coloseum.
We are very sorry again for the inconvenience caused by the cancellation. Unfortunately, on the day of your tour, access to the Underground area was unexpectedly closed by the monument authorities, which was completely outside of our control. As soon as we received the notification, we immediately informed all affected customers and issued a full refund. We understand how disappointing this was, especially after planning and arriving at the Colosseum, and we truly regret the situation. Thank you for your understanding.
Amazing!!! Personalized service (we were the only ones on the tour) no need to have ear pieces and the guide catered to our requests (took pictures of us, waited if we wanted to linger). No long lines to wait in, and full of knowledge!! Highly recommend spending!!!

My nephew has always wanted to visit the Colosseum so I searched high and low for a good trip as I wanted to do something for his Birthday Present. I booked this because it was a VIP experience with access underground and a separate entrance. I have visited the Colosseum before so knew this would be a special present for him and for my husband and myself as we did the basic tour last time. I received an email the night before after 7 in the evening telling me they couldn’t accommodate our trip ie the VIP and underground experience.I was offered 3 options , I didn’t want to cancel as we were visiting for 4 days only and no guarantee we we could visit the following day. So I ended up paying the same money for the basic tour with a guide. I am so disappointed and so was my nephew paying to go to Rome and visit this attraction we could have paid half the price but couldn’t risk it. Our guide was lovely but it was just a basic trip that you could book anywhere. I was told the Colosseum had overbooked. When we were there at our booked time there were only 3 people in the Underground part this was when I queried it. Hugely disappointed.
We are really sorry but our reservation was cancelled. We offered you what we coulld, which were 3 options: 1. Private tour of the first and the second floor of the Colosseum . 2. Regular tour of the first and the second floor of the Colosseum and 50% refund. 3. Full refund You chose the first option.
The tour was very enjoyable but was also rushed. Our tour guide arrived late which meant that visiting the underground section was shortened as the time allowed is very strictly monitored. Having a skip the line ticket was well worth it as it made entry very easy. Our guide was very knowledgeable.

I booked a Colisseum tour that included the arena floor and underground 4 months in advance for my family, knowing that the underground tickets were difficult to get. Arena Tours called me the day of our tour to tell me we would not get the underground portion due to a technical error. They offered no rescheduling options.
There was a printing error on a name on our ticket and they would Not allow us in . The other couple we were with had our tour guide leave halfway through tour
There wasn't a printing error, You wrote completely different name when You booked the tour. Because all the tickets are personalized the Colosseum staff decided not to let you in.
Just the underground tour itself was worth it! Our guide was lovely she did walk and talk fast due to timing to get into vip tour,but gave us some resting time.

Horrible! We had a tour reserved and could not find our tour guide. We called and called and finally someone showed up - 5 minutes AFTER our tour was supposed to start. He then proceeded to cancel and refund the tour in front of us and said our tour was no longer available. Could you have mentioned that 6 months ago when we booked it? Or even 6 weeks ago? Or 6 days ago? Or any decent amount of time to let us rebook or relook? Instead we flew half way around the world to be completely disappointed and destroyed. Thank you for absolutely nothing.
