Our tour guide I forget his name was very nice on time and said one of our questions was very knowledgeable and Colosseum is absolutely beautiful
When you meet at the designated location, prepare to move fast towards the entrance of the Vatican. The business who escorts you moves so fast that it seems that they are trying to lose you. At the first security checkpoint, he left us on our own and had the maneuver ourselves through and find our assigned tour guide. Frustrating and confusing. The tour guide was well informed. She was kind and gave good suggestions. For the price, I expected better.

Tour guide was great but got off to a rocky start when start time moved to 10:30 AM instead of 9:30 AM. They said they contacted us, but we have no record in an email, etc..

I was surely put on the wrong tour. I was only on the Vatican Museum tour, they didn’t take me to the Sistine Chapel or St. Peter’s. Super super upsetting and disappointing.

It was well organised and we skipped the queues. our guide was excellent - so enthusiastic. only down side were the crowds - we travelled at half term Fantastic
