We couldn’t get our tickets, only the voucher. The customer service line said “disconnected.” No one responded to our emails. Entrance fee is only €7 per person at the entrance of the Pantheon so this is outrageously overpriced.
It was very nice to have a designated time to enter the Pantheon. This isn’t a tour, just an entry. Important to note that you stand in the middle entry line- it was long but it moved really quick, we only waited for maybe 5 minutes.
Great experience, tickets straight to phone and scanned when entering
Tickets said to meet in front but app said meet at a meeting point. We went in the front but I think it made us miss a tour
The Pantheon was beautiful, but the advertised tour with a host was not a hosted tour at all. We were emailed the tickets to enter on our own and were left to discover the place without a tour guide. Without a host, we were left to research stuff within the venue on our own, but unfortunately Internet connectivity was poor, so we were left guessing
Easy way to get tickets without having to stay with a guide or wait in a long line. Do not wait to get the tickets at the location.
Operator canceled the tickets. We were already there. So disappointing. And follow up comms went unanswered.
Do not book this tour!! I followed all of the directions on how to get my tickets. I went early and waited where I was supposed to wait. The tour company never showed up! I ended up having to stand in line and buy new tickets. They refuse to give me a refund.
Tour guide did not turn up as described in the document documentation sent after booking. And instead, I got a random WhatsApp message with my entry tickets and I was just kind of assumed that I knew that I could just walk in with the tickets. So I'm not really sure what to skip. The line part was except they bought electronic tickets for me automatically.
We bought 9 am tx and the line was much longer than the lines for people who had no tx. But the pantheon is amazing
