Absolutely amazing!!! Incredible value, experience, delicious homemade dinner with dessert! Paola was an amazing teacher who created a warm and inviting evening where we all became friends! The class instruction was i formative and the result was a perfect evening with new friends, new skills and treasured memories!
Mike was an amazing instructor, he took his time to teach us but also made it very fun and interactive. Great music, wine, food and people from all over!
I was really looking forward to this experience after reading the reviews but was not impressed. Restaurant was near where we were staying near the Vatican museum which was convenient but it was pretty hot with no AC and high temps outside, even more so with the plastic aprons. They tried to remedy it with fans but cords were running everywhere and our family kept tripping on them. I think the fans were tripping the power causing the power to go out repeatedly. We were given prosecco but scolded we couldn’t drink it near our work station because we could “accidentally spill it in what we were making”. We were told repeatedly by the instructor to “have energy” but the instructor felt like a serious teacher and I am a teacher. The work space was really cramped and it was hard to understand instructions because the instructor had a thick Filipino accent. We didn’t have all of our things at our work station and had to ask for stuff a couple of times. Then, at the end we were told to leave for the next group. I would not recommend this. We come from an Italian family and were hoping to have a fun Italian cooking experience. That was not this. We have more fun cooking at home.
A Cooking Class in Rome, Italy. Really? A absolute highlight of our week. This was such a fun learning experience. Sara made the class fun and easy to follow. And the pasta we made came out so delicious. A must-do when in Rome!
This was such a fun experience and one of the highlights of our trip! Carlo was a great cooking instructor, full of energy and enthusiasm. Our family had a great time learning how to make pasta all the while having fun together. We would definitely recommend and do again.
It was an amazing experience with my daughter. She loves Italian food and it was a great pleasure to share this with her. A great moment and a great experience to create memories for both. The pizza was the best I have tasted, simple but very full of flavour. Gelato was also veeeeery gooood! 👌
I think this was the highlight of our trip. The children had been good sports about the museums, churches, crowds and heat. What a blessing to take a break in cool air conditioning, fun interaction with our hostess, Sofia, and make our own pasta! Ages 8, 10, 14 and 17 - all boys, loved it!!! Parents and grandparents too! Highly recommend!
Fun activitie for the whole family!
My daughter booked this for fun. She was right. The location was nice and clean. They were prepared for the event. Chef Cicco (I hope it is spelled right) was funny and spent time to explain the process. He is knowledge and his ability to teach was welcoming. Chef checked on our meals to make sure they were correct. The wine was delicious and the meals we created were amazing. Cicco created a relaxed and friendly environment. We made new friends and great memories. I hope everyone is lucky enough to get this chef. This is a great new experience away from the crowds and in a quiet place. There were 24 of us in the class and was a little tight but other than that amazing. COOL BEANS as Chef would say.
What a phenomenal cooking class. Nick was top notch and a lot of fun!
