Rome : La Basilique Saint-Pierre accompagnée Entrée Avec Dôme Accès

Thank you so much for your kind words about the experience, and for this valuable feedback! You're right to flag this, and we're sorry for any confusion. To clarify for future guests: the voucher you receive after booking is your confirmation, and it needs to be exchanged for the actual entry ticket at the ticket office before heading to the entrance — which, as you noted, can be a short walk away depending on the site. We always recommend arriving at least 20-30 minutes before your scheduled entry time specifically to allow for this exchange and the walk. We'll make sure this is even clearer in our booking confirmation and pre-visit instructions so guests know exactly what to expect and where to go. We're so glad the experience itself lived up to expectations despite this hiccup, and we hope to welcome you again on a future trip to Italy!
