Le touriste est guidé par un "Foodie", un "copain" local capable d'expliquer chaque détail des restaurants sélectionnés, leurs préparations, et l'histoire/curiosités pertinentes. Les visites Do Eat Better Experience sont un mélange de gastronomie de haute qualité pour montrer la culture et le style de vie italiens et une expérience de marche avec un ami local. C'est la raison pour laquelle nous acceptons uniquement les petits groupes: nous voulons nous concentrer sur un véritable échange et accorder à chaque touriste la plus grande attention possible. Itinéraire
Dans le cadre de notre visite gastronomique Rome Gourmet, vous aurez la possibilité de déguster certains des meilleurs plats de Rome, directement issus de la tradition.
La visite commence par les biscuits typiques faits à la main, nous les dégusterons dans une ancienne usine de biscuits de 1920.
Après cela, nous continuerons vers une célèbre norcineria où nous allons déguster des fromages artisanaux faits avec du lait cru et préparés selon des techniques naturelles. Tout cela et bien plus encore sont accompagnés de vins enregistrés selon l'excellence locale.
Dans un petit restaurant, nous allons déguster l'un des meilleurs supplì du Trastevere, avec une croûte croquante et frite: c'est un must try!
Vous ne pouvez pas venir à Rome et n'essayez pas nos typiques Pâtes alla carbonara , préparées avec du bacon italien, du fromage pecorino et du poivre noir.
À la fin, ne manquez pas la glace Artisanal: l'une des meilleures en ville préparée avec des ingrédients naturels et présentée dans des saveurs innovantes et époustouflantes.

We had a great time in this food tour with carla. She answered all our questions and made us discover many amazing shops/restaurants. She even shared historical fact with us. Amazing experience
Barbara was AMAZING! She shared so much local knowledge, and her smarts went way beyond food. We got a great tour of the city as we went from place to place and she had an answer for every question. My only regret is that I couldn’t eat any more.

We had Carla for our personal tour guide. She greeted us with her warm smile and graciously welcomed us to the food tour. Right away, we felt a connection and were excited to learn about Italy’s food culture. She tied it in with our backgrounds explaining where the importance of nearby areas would be of interest as well. The food and dessert were very tasty. She explained about all the different foods, which was very informative. I would definitely recommend Carla. You will not be disappointed.

Delicious food combined with info regarding Italian cuisine.. pizza, coffee, cheeses, meats … all fresh ingredients.. tiramisu was the finale.. great guide. Friendly, entertaining and enthusiastic.. clearly loves her job.. Do it early in your visit. Fun, educational and you are eating like locals.,
