Notre ambition est d'offrir une combinaison parfaite d'une visite assis-marche, où vous pourrez déguster une variété de plats gastronomiques et de rue, toujours accompagnés de vin, et comprendre la forte culture liée à chaque aliment et lieu. Vous vous sentirez comme un vrai Romain lors de cette expérience unique à travers Campo de Fiori & Trastevere, surprenant votre appétit et vos papilles avec +20 plats et dégustations de vins. Nous commencerons à Campo de Fiori avec une épicerie familiale traditionnelle, avec une sélection (10+) de charcuterie et de fromages /ou, un restaurant emblématique et ses anecdotes, nous aurons sa spécialité, la morue frite ! Les deux toujours accompagnés de vin ! En traversant le Tibre, nous nous dirigerons vers Trastevere, où nous dégusterons une icône de la street food, le Supplì! Pour continuer, vous aurez la chance de manger 2 des meilleures pâtes dans une osteria traditionnelle, puis de rendre visite au « Roi de la Porchetta », pour déguster son célèbre rôti de porc, accompagné de bière fraîche. Nous terminerons avec les meilleures glaces artisanales et biologiques du Trastevere.

Dégustez un filet de merlu pané croustillant avec du vin local dans un restaurant romain historique spécialisé dans la cuisine de rue locale.
Au cours de notre agréable promenade de 1,5 km (ce qui est parfait pour la digestion et pour apprendre à connaître la région), nous traverserons le Tibre, profitant d’une vue fantastique sur la basilique Saint-Pierre.
Ici, nous aurons un Suppli al telefono, qui est une collation romaine frite ! Vous ne pourrez pas abandonner pendant votre séjour à Rome ! Tu verras!
Nous nous assoirons dans une Osteria du Trastever pour déguster 2 pâtes magiques faites maison comme l'Amatriciana et le Cacio & pepe, accompagnées de vin ! nous en profiterons pour partager les coutumes et traditions de la cuisine romaine par rapport au reste de l'Italie, et l'histoire derrière ce fameux combo romain !
Il est temps de visiter Piero, plus connu comme le « roi de Porchetta » ! Nous irons à sa boucherie pour déguster son fameux rôti de porc, accompagné de bière fraîche !
Le meilleur happy end avec le meilleur gelato du Trastevere depuis 1981. Profitez d'une gelato artisanale et biologique !

Annamaria was highly knowledgeable and the food was extremely tasty. There was always a vegetarian option available.

Michele was an excellent guide for our food tour! We tried 6 different foods and 3 beverages along with water. Michele was so friendly and informative, not only sharing history of Rome and Italy but also info about food and his own favorites. We thought this would be a tour with up to 10 others but it ended up being just my boyfriend, me and our tour guide which was a pleasant surprise. I’d recommend this to everyone visiting Rome!
Ilaria was so incredible gracious. We walked into this expecting to be blown away by the food, which we were. What we did not expect was to be blown away by the Roman people and the stories that Ilaria shared with us as we walked. I would highly recommend this tour as a thing to do early in your trip so you know where the locals eat!
AnaMaria was an excellent guide, friendly, knowledgeable of the area, gave great history of the area and food history. Her local connections made us feel like we were in on the secrets to the city. The restaurant s and Gelato were phenomenal food, and paired greatly with local wines, beers, and water fountains in the city. We all highly recommend taking this tour. You will walk a lot, but she has spaced out the food and the rest times, bring your appetite the food says its bites, but we found the portions very generous. The weather was beautiful a light breeze, and it was so special to be with family.
