Une visite guidée à travers le monument romain le plus emblématique dans une atmosphère nocturne fascinante après les heures d'ouverture habituelles lorsque la foule est partie. Vous rencontrerez votre coordinateur de visite à l'extérieur de la station de métro Colisée, juste en face du monument. Après une brève introduction, notre sympathique guide vous accompagnera jusqu'à l'entrée coupe-file, pour un accès rapide. Une fois à l'intérieur, commencez votre visite sous terre et explorez les tunnels, les chambres et les fosses du Colisée. Cette section du Colisée est réservée au public et n'autorise qu'un nombre limité de visiteurs chaque jour, alors profitez de cette chance exclusive de voir plus que la plupart des gens. Admirez les ascenseurs qui ont donné vie aux jeux de chasse de Rome. Ensuite, vous aurez accès à la partie reconstruite du sol de l'arène pour entendre les histoires des sanglantes batailles de gladiateurs. Vous vous tiendrez au même endroit où les jeux ont eu lieu. It was great tour . It was absolutely beautiful would definitely go back and do the night tour better then the day time
As others said its a scam. Its not at night. Its not private. You do not go the arena floor or underground. You just overpay for standard access. There's still thousands of people there in broad daylight. I could tell by the guides face when I said something that it happens all the time. Viator did a partial refund. Its not about the money. You took something that I was providing for my family and clearly do it every day to other families.

We regret that the tour did not align with your expectations. However, we must emphasize that the inclusions and exclusions were clearly outlined prior to purchase. Well, it's summer, so it is not nighttime at 5pm. Colosseum closes at 6. There isn't enough time to get the full experience. Meeting time was 445. Guide didn't show up until 530. Other tours offer Colosseum, Palatine Hill, and Forum for way less money. Communication started out good but then messages did not get communicated. 2 of us couldn't make it due to illness and the 2 that made it were rushed. They were the 2 most excited for the tour. Such a huge disappointment.

Regarding the guide's arrival: The meeting time was set for 4:45 PM to allow for ticket collection, group organization, and a prompt 5:00 PM entry. Our guide arrived approximately 5–10 minutes late due to difficulty finding parking in the busy area around the Colosseum, as he explained to the group upon arrival. We understand this was an inconvenience, and we apologize. However, we want to clarify that the guide did not arrive at 5:30 PM as suggested; the delay was minimal and did not significantly impact the tour duration. Regarding communication: We acknowledge that our communication could have been more consistent. We are reviewing our internal processes to ensure all messages are relayed promptly between our team members. Regarding missed participants: We are sorry that two members of your party were unable to attend due to illness. Night tour is the way to go. It’s much cooler and the crowd is nonexistent. Moraro did an amazing job guiding us step by step through the colosseum. He helped take our pictures at all the right spots. The operators communication was great so we found the meet up point easily. We felt like it was just us touring the colosseum.

The tour guide was WONDERFUL, but the tour we purchased included the Arena Floor and when we arrived, the tour company gave us tickets for the Colosseum without the arena floor. When I asked they were very nice and immediately called someone to look into it. The tour company said Viator didn’t send the right information to them, so they didn’t buy us the right ticket. There was nothing they could do at that time, but they offered us some money back. I’ll confirm I received it when I return home.
