Retroussez vos manches et participez à un atelier de fabrication de pizza dans un restaurant apprécié des habitants de Rome, doté du plus vieux four à bois du quartier de Prati. Apprenez les techniques de cuisine traditionnelles avec un chef local qui vous guidera. Goûtez aux ingrédients locaux et dégustez du vin et des boissons sans alcool avec votre propre pizza maison. Commencez le cours en recevant votre tablier et en créant la pâte. Suivez le processus de création de la pâte tout en apprenant les ingrédients et les techniques. Découpez la pâte en utilisant une technique traditionnelle vieille de 600 ans appelée mozzatura. Apportez la touche finale à votre pizza Margherita, puis placez-la dans le plus vieux four à bois du quartier pour la faire dorer.

We had a fantastic time at this cooking class in Rome! Thank you to Valeria and Greta for their hospitality. They were friendly, knowledgeable and made the experience fun from start to finish. We learned how to make pizza and gelato with everything explained clearly, making it easy for everyone to join in. A lovely bonus was getting to taste a variety of other foods alongside what we made ourselves, which made the experience even more enjoyable. This is a great activity for both families and couples looking for a fun, hands-on experience while visiting Rome. We would definitely recommend it!

Absolutely fabulous experience! Francesca and her team were absolutely fun, informative, and so entertaining! We started off by learning a line dance together. The instruction it’s easy to understand, and a great learning experience! The pizza and the gelato was super tasty overall highly recommend!

Great morning learning how to make pizza and Tiramisu! Great fun. The free flowing prosecco at 10am helped! Booked for my husbands birthday. Julia was a great teacher and we had a good class with great people. A great morning in Rome to finish our trip.

This is a really fun way to escape the summer heat and enjoy lunch. The crew is excellent they have such enthusiasm for their jobs. The food and wine were plentiful. This is a hands on introduction to pizza and gelato making not a serious cooking class. We had a great afternoon.
Fun experience as a family. Tasty lunch and dessert you make yourself. Nice way to explore Italian cooking. Highly recommend it!
