The company is very organized, and thankfully will send a video in their email on how to locate the meeting point! We were lost in the crowd until I watched it. Skip the line is a must here. The lines were extremely long and we were able to walk right up and enter. The audio tour was informative and not too long.

This is hands down, a must see and do experience while in Rome! So much history within those walls. We did the self guided tour, was good but would suggest a guided tour instead.

We were 10 minutes late to our meeting place and there was no one there. You don’t get a ticket with this booking, but instead you get a voucher. You are then supposedly given the ticket after meeting someone, which didn’t happen with us.

This is an advance ticket and audio guide that you download on your phone. Very simple. The tour staff who met me were super friendly; Ella even walked me around the corner to the Pantheon and offered to wait in line with me to be sure there were no issues. Now that's great service! The Pantheon is well worth seeing. It isn't extensive though, so 30 minutes is really enough time to see everything and listen to all the info in the guide. I found it interesting and informative. Definitely would recommend this activity.

Audio tour very good. Skipped the line and able to goat our own pace. Also can keep the tour on my phone and listen when ever I want

Tour rep provided clear and easy meet up location around the corner at a piazza away from the huge crowds in front of the Pantheon to pick up Audio guide info for our self led tour / this one is not a guided tour which is what we wanted - paying ahead on our phones we skipped the long lines
Very beautiful monument, the exterior and interior are surprising. Visit to do absolutely. You can stay as long as you want.
It was a wonderful experience. Line went very quickly to enter. Our guide was with us the whole time to the entry. She friendly and informative. I highly recommend the tour.
After I purchased the ticket online with Crown Tours apparently you can't use the QR code to enter the monument but you have to meet an unidentifiable individual a few blocks away to give you your ticket like you doing some kind of shady deal. If it happens to be few minutes late due to the hoops you need to jump to get your ticket they ask you to pay again and buy another ticket. Scum artists at best with nonexistent customer service. Save yourself the money and headache and just wait a few minutes in line and buy your own ticket. Buyer Beware...

Like most major attractions, the voucher you receive upon booking must be exchanged for an entry ticket, much like a boarding pass for a flight.
