Commencez ce fantastique tour depuis le Circus Maximus, votre navette à vélo partira d'ici
Admirez la beauté des thermes de Caracalla assis confortablement dans le minibus
Le premier arrêt du service Bike Shuttle aura lieu aux catacombes de San Callisto ou de San Sebastiano. Ici, vous aurez environ 45 minutes de visite guidée à l'intérieur
Le deuxième et dernier arrêt de la Bike Shuttle se trouve à proximité du mausolée de Cecilia Metella. Ici, votre voyage commencera en toute sécurité le long de la Via Appia Antica. Avant de prendre possession du vélo électrique, vous marcherez environ 3 minutes sur l'ancien trottoir romain

- Environ 90 % de cette visite se déroule sur le trottoir romain de la Via Appia Antica. Il n'y a pas de circulation automobile, seules les voitures des résidents y ont accès. Seules deux traversées sont prévues lorsque nous quittons le Parc Régional Appia Antica pour entrer dans le Parc des Aqueducs ; et quand on passe du parc Tor Fiscale au parc Caffarella
- La durée du trajet en navette du Circus Maximus à la Via Appia Antica est d'environ 20 minutes.
- Des compétences de base ou intermédiaires en cyclisme sont nécessaires pour participer à cette activité, car elle se déroule hors des sentiers battus et à la campagne.
- Le guide, après un briefing, se réserve le droit absolu et incontestable de ne pas admettre à la visite les participants non jugés aptes en raison de compétences ou de problèmes liés à la santé physique/esprit, aucun remboursement ne sera accordé dans ces cas.
- Bébés jusqu'à 20 kg voyageant dans un siège enfant et participant à la visite en tant qu'invités.
- Les enfants jusqu'à 139 cm rejoignent la visite avec une extension pour enfants.
- Les enfants peuvent rouler avec leur E-bike à partir de 12 ans.
- Dans le cas de célébrations et d'événements officiels/publics dans le centre-ville de Rome, le tour-opérateur peut remplacer un ou plusieurs des points forts de l'itinéraire.

The ride along the aqueduct’s would have been worth it but the tour of the catacombs was an amazing bonus . Marco was a top notch guide who knows the area and took us to several local gem places we never would have discovered on our own. The biking among the three of us ( two 15 years and a 57 year old ) was not difficult . If you’re not comfortable on the bumpier parts of appian there are smoother paths on the side of the road . We took the morning version to avoid the August heat and we were happy with that choice. Great job Marco!!!

This was hands down one of the best tours we’ve ever been on. We are middle aged couple with 3 young adult kids (23,20,16) and we all had a great time. I’m 53 and kinda chubby and pretty out of shape and I had absolutely no problem completing the ride. Husband is 55 and has arthritis and some mobility issues (can walk but can get painful) and he had no trouble with this ride either……and it had been years since either one of us had been on a bike. Our guide, Alessio was wonderful. He gave us all time to get accustomed to the E-bike and then lead us on a great journey through history. He is very knowledgeable with the history of the road and the aquaducts. Had such great energy and you can tell he really enjoys what he does. He was patient with everyone’s abilities and very caring. We took the early 8am tour to beat the August heat and it was just a very pleasant, relaxing informative ride. The catacombs were very interesting. Maybe a tad underwhelming if you’ve been to the ones in Paris, but still well worth the stop. Bring sunscreen and a water bottle. There are plenty of stops along the way to fill it up. Definitely recommend this trip to most everyone regardless of age or abilities. If you can ride a bike, you can do it! The “e” part of the bike makes it so easy! Thank you Alessio for such a memorable experience.

My family of 5 had the best time on this tour. We are husband and wife with 3 young adult kids (23, 20, 16). Hubby and I haven’t been on bikes in years. We were a little worried it would be too much. Was a fantastic half day tour through the country side. E-bikes worked great and the guide did a fantastic job. This was a last minute book and I highly recommend it to everyone. It’s not super challenging so as long as your health is not extremely poor you will do fine.

Very enjoyable and entertaining tour! Great history knowledge and fun ride around the Appian way! We finished the tour at the catacombs. The transfer was smooth! Highly recommend ! We took our 14 year old. He liked the e-bikes!
