Arrêt de 30 minutes au Clear Creek Canyon et arrêt pour marcher le long de la rivière Itinéraire De Denver, conduisez vers l'ouest jusqu'aux montagnes Rocheuses. Explorez un magnifique canyon le long d'une rivière paisible et arrêtez-vous dans des endroits offrant une vue panoramique sur des kilomètres. La ville réside à une altitude de 7 526 pieds dans le comté de Clear Creek. Il dispose d'un grand centre-ville avec de nombreux magasins et restaurants desservant les voyageurs de l'I-70. Idaho Springs est une étape populaire pour ceux qui voyagent sur l'I-70, à destination et en provenance des montagnes. Bien que la ville soit connue pour ses sources chaudes, Idaho Springs a beaucoup plus à offrir aux amateurs d'aventure.

Le Scenic Byway to Mount Blue Sky s'élève à plus de 7 000 pieds dans sa longueur de 28 milles, atteignant une altitude de 14 130 pieds. Lors de cette visite, nous roulons à 9000 pieds et nous arrêtons à Echo Lake à la base du mont Bluesky. Ce trajet offre aux visiteurs une vue panoramique sur la ligne de partage des eaux. Je m'arrête à Juniper Pass est inclus - un endroit avec une vue magnifique.

How do we even start with how amazing this tour was!!! Jason was the best tour guide we could’ve had for this excursion. Very knowledgeable and loves what he does. I would want him for any of the Denver excursions.

The view was beautiful a must do tour. The driver was super friendly as well. We stop at this little town and had time to have breakfast
Jason believed emphatically in his own knowledge, taste and humor; however none of his choices of jokes and music made the experience welcoming and joyful. I found Jason to be the worst part of the trip. Frequently myself and my family wandered away from him rather than listen to him speak. He did take us on lovely detours. I would recommend with headphones and a non participatory spirit.

I went on this trip as a solo woman traveler. I really enjoyed the tour guide and the different spots that we went to. We were sampling a few new activities that all went well. I would say if you can book the morning one, book it to avoid any evening showers. The tour guide's name was James, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, really fun, had a good attitude, and kept us engaged. I really enjoyed the trip. You get to witness some really great views. We went on this gondola, and that was a cool activity and got to see some really nice views. I would say it was good overall. I would just recommend that you take into account gondola prices in your ticket as well. Overall, I met some really cool people, had a good trip, and honestly, it was a perfect short trip for 4 hours. It's crazy how much you can get done in such a quick amount of time. I would go again and would recommend it to others. The hiking wasn't too bad, more like little walks and just about the right amount.

Our guide did a good job driving us up to Juniper pass, Echo lake and Idaho Springs.The view from Argo was spectacular. We rode an optional Mighty Argo gondola ride in Idaho Springs and that made the trip extra special. All the views of the Rocky mountains were spectacular.
What an awesome trip!! Do the cable cars if it is available! Aiden was a very, very knowledgeable and awesome Guide. We all thoroughly enjoyed the tour!!
I had a great time exploring the Arapahoe Nat’l Forest and the town of Idaho Springs. This was the perfect getaway as I only had an afternoon to see some of the majestic Rockies. Ira, our tour guide, was beyond accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly, the perfect host. I highly recommend this tour if you only have a morning or afternoon to see the mountains when visiting Denver. I highly recommend! There were fires in the area so the pics are a little hazy. Bring a light jacket even on a hot day as it gets a little chilly in the higher altitudes.
Very disappointing. The guide immediately did an upsell when we got in the van to include a gondola ride for an extra $27. Four of the 9 ppl in our van took advantage of it - which meant the tour went an hour beyond the allotted time and we were rushed through the sites we paid to see. It ruined our last night in town as we missed our dinner reservation and after dinner plans - which didn’t concern the driver in the least. Other lowlights were listening to the guide drone on and on about his life and opinions, pulling over THREE times as one lady thought she maybe saw some wildlife waaaayyy in the distant woods, and spending much too long in a small town where half the stores were closed so the gondola opters could have their unscheduled fun and the tour company could grab a few extra dollars.

The gondola option was part of a limited pilot program we were testing as a possible future add-on to the tour. It was offered with the intention of giving guests an additional experience in the area, not to take away from the core tour stops. That said, your feedback is important and shows us that the timing and structure need to be carefully reviewed before we consider adding anything like this more permanently. We’re sorry the tour ran longer than expected and that you felt rushed through parts of the experience. We are reviewing the itinerary, timing, and guide communication from this pilot so we can make sure optional add-ons do not negatively affect guests who choose the standard tour experience.
