RITA CRUISE - CROISIÈRE DE LUXE 5 ÉTOILES dans la BAIE D'HALONG au départ de HANOÏ

Really enjoyed our 1 night cruise with Rita. The boat was well designed and the room was very comfortable, the jacuzzi and balcony were especially nice. Stella, our host, was exceptional! She was very attentive and smiley, she made the whole experience really great. Thank you Stella! The food was very delicious, buffet breakfast and lunches, plenty of variety. The evening meal was a 5 course set menu. As seafood lovers this was fantastic. We would definitely recommend to others :)

Beautiful cruise and tidy room. Our waitress Unnie was very sweet and helpful during our stay at the cruise. She was very proactive in learning about our eating restrictions and catered to the same throughout out stay

I had such a great time here, the activities were really fun! The receptionist Allan was so kind and funny, it has been one of the most gentle and charming persons I have met in my estance in Vietnam, always being aware of everything! Thanks a lot for the trip 💝💝

Incredible experience! Thao/ Stella was amazing and made our cruise so much better, she was so attentive and funny and really personalised our trip! I couldn’t recommended Thao and Rita cruise enough!! A MUST TRY!

Except for one thing everything was great on the ship. The staff, the food, the room, amenities, etc were of great quality. The room they assigned to us was smelling of drainage gases. They had sprayed the room with air freshener to mask the smell, which must have lasted for about an hour. We had to keep the window and balcony door open all the time to kill the odour. We hardly slept through the night because of the suffocating smell. They should not have assigned this room knowing very well it had drainage smell issues. Does not speak highly about this company's values.

We had an amazing one night stay on the Rita Cruise, made even more special by our fantastic tour guide Stella! Neither me or my partner eat seafood, and Stella ensured we always had enough food options- the food was really lovely. She made the whole experience feel tailored to us and we felt really welcome. It was also really interesting to learn more about Ha Long Bay to really appreciate the scenery even more, and to learn some more Vietnamese too! We really enjoyed the activities especially the kayaking and the cooking class. The golf and the pool on board were also really nice to enjoy! The whole trip was organised really well by Luna who we also booked the transfer through- she was really attentive and answered any questions straight away which was a great help. 5 stars!

What an amazing few days I had in Halong bay, trip was great to the bay and the staff on the boat especially STELLA was amazing.

Had an amazing experience. Wonderful for families! The service was excellent and food was amazing. The four in my family are vegan and Louise and the chef made sure that our food was wonderful!

Hana the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She took the cultural experiences on board the ship and was very funny and knowledgeable.

We had 3 days/2 nights in Rita Cruise. I can’t say anything negative. The room was gorgeous with beautiful amenities. The food was delicious. All of them 5-course meals. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best, but they had everything perfectly organized. Our 2nd day tour was fantastic with the guide Han. We rode a bicycle, went to a local town, did kayaking, and even braved jumping into Halong Bay. The service was superb and Mr. Happy was great. Thank you so much Rita Cruise!
