Cette visite guidée à pied commence à un point de rencontre fixe près de Ram Jhula. Traversez l'emblématique passerelle Ram Jhula et tournez à gauche pour suivre une promenade paisible en aval le long du Gange. Visitez Geeta Bhavan, l’un des ashrams les plus traditionnels et spirituels de Rishikesh, suivi de l’ashram Niketan de Parmarth, connu internationalement. Continuez vers le célèbre ashram des Beatles (Chaurasi Kutia / Ved Bhavan) pour explorer ses salles de méditation historiques et en apprendre davantage sur son importance culturelle. La promenade entre ensuite dans la zone forestière du parc national Rajaji, menant à des sites de méditation cachés. Visitez la grotte Mauni Baba, traditionnellement utilisée par les chercheurs de soi pour la méditation profonde. Continuez le long de la route forestière jusqu'à la grotte isolée Tat Wale Baba, un site sacré connu pour sa puissante atmosphère spirituelle.
