Découvrez Ribera del Duero à un rythme détendu lors de cette visite bi-vinicole avec prise en charge à l'hôtel depuis Madrid. Conçue pour les amateurs de vin de tous niveaux, cette expérience vous donne un avant-goût des vins Tempranillo de la région. Nous visiterons deux caves soigneusement choisies, adaptées à votre niveau de connaissances viticoles et au type d’expérience que vous recherchez, que ce soit pour explorer des caves modernes de pointe, rencontrer des vignerons familiaux ou plonger dans l’histoire de la région. À chaque arrêt, vous profiterez d’une dégustation guidée de trois vins, vous donnant une véritable saveur de Ribera del Duero. Entre deux visites, nous ferons une pause déjeuner dans un restaurant local (auto-payant), où vous pourrez déguster des spécialités régionales ou quelque chose de plus léger à votre rythme. Avec un maximum de 8 invités parmi un maximum de 2 groupes, l'atmosphère est détendue, flexible, et toujours personnelle. Que vous commenciez à peine à explorer le vin ou que vous soyez déjà un dégustateur chevronné, c’est le moyen idéal de découvrir Ribera del Duero en une seule journée.

Itinéraire
Départ pour Ribera del Duero. Environ 2 heures.
Notre deuxième visite concerne un projet relativement nouveau, mais fondé par des personnes ayant une longue histoire de vinification. Nous nous promenons dans les vignes (si le temps le permet) pour parler de la culture de la vigne et vous montrer une petite structure connue sous le nom de « guardaviña ». Nous nous dirigerons ensuite vers la cave pour discuter des différents processus utilisés dans leur vinification avant de nous diriger vers la salle de vieillissement de la cathédrale. Notre visite se termine par une dégustation de trois vins et des collations.
Déjeuner (facultatif et non inclus dans le prix) : Si vous souhaitez manger localement, nous vous laisserons du temps pour savourer un déjeuner traditionnel local composé d'agneau de lait. Nous effectuerons des réservations avant la visite dans l'un de nos restaurants préférés. Si vous préférez, nous pouvons sauter le déjeuner et passer directement à la deuxième visite.
En partant du Val Sotillo, nous expliquerons les différents points importants de la D.O Ribera del Duero avant de commencer une visite de la cave pour en apprendre davantage sur les méthodes de vinification qui nous mèneront dans un réseau de tunnels souterrains, une partie fondamentale de l'histoire de la vinification en la zone.
Retour à Madrid. Environ 2 heures.

What an awesome tour with Michael. We checked out two wineries, each with their own unique winemaking style and model. Michael is very knowledgeable and passionate in wine. He took great care of us and explained everything so patiently. The lunch he arranged was fantastic, especially the baby lamb! Highly recommend this tour.

We truly had a wonderful experience with Michael. He was always punctual and, before our trip, very communicative to ensure we had the best experience possible. Michael picked us up from our hotel in Madrid and then we visited two wineries in Ribera del Duero. In between the two winery visits, we stopped at a terrific place for lunch as well that Michael recommended. The first winery was more modern and there was no skimping on the tasting. The second winery was almost ancient with winding tunnels in underground caves and also delicious wine. And lunch was basically a Michelin starred restaurant without the insane prices; amazing. We are looking forward to returning to Spain and exploring more of the wine regions with Michael again!
