La République de Moldavie fut soviétique pendant près de 50 ans et ça a laisse des empreints, l’une c’est la Transnistrie. Et pourquoi pas une excursion dans la région séparatiste pro-russe de Transnistrie ? Un petit retour en URSS d’une journée, pour dire « j’y étais ».., pour découvrir un territoire sans territoire….., un pays sans pays… La situation politique étant encore aujourd’hui complexe avec la Moldavie, la tension est palpable mais pas dangereuse pour un touriste étranger. Visiter la Transnistrie est possible, car elle n’est pas instinctivement contre le tourisme. Notre agence organise ce voyage avec un mélange de découverte, de plaisir du palais et de rencontre avec le terroir. La ville Bender appelée également Tighina est la deuxième ville de la Transnistrie qui attire notamment grâce à sa forteresse médiévale - un des plus puissants éléments du grandiose système défensif de la Moldavie médiévale.
Le village de Chitcani détient le plus grand complexe architectural religieux de la République de Moldavie appelé Noul Neamt ou "la fille du monastère de Neamt dans les Carpates de l'ancienne Moldavie".
Tiraspol est considère la capitale de la Transnistrie, une ville qui a conservé les symboles soviétiques du son passé avec les monuments du Lénine, les bâtiments administratives d'architecture soviétique et avec le tank dans le centre-ville. Cette nostalgie assumée se reflète directement sur le drapeau du pays qui est unique en Europe.

Great way to see the most interesting sites in Moldova. With Natalia we visited Transnistria, Milestii Mici winery, Chisinau, Cricova winery, Curchi monastery and old Orhei village. Fantastic tour to Transnistria crossing the border our guide Slava is a great guy who explained all the relevant history and had great knowledge took us through main attractions of the city. Unfortunately it was an icy cold day with snow and bit of ice storms and could not visit inside the Bender castle even though we went to the site. We had a unforgettable local lunch at the Tiraspol capital of Transnistria and visited many statues of Vladimir Lenin. I would definitely recommend this tour to get past experience of our history.
Very good and fun trip and more importantly, a safe trip. The guide was excellent and so was his English. Gave us a historical account of Moldova and Transnistria. The guide also gave us the opportunity to buy souvenirs.
Nice tour that allows you to see a different side of Moldova. It is a mix between the Past and the Present. Bonus for me was the museum of torture.
