Le manoir Lake à Reno, construit en 1877 comme symbole de l'aisance de la classe moyenne supérieure, a un héritage hanté lié à son propriétaire d'origine, Myron Lake, qui n'a jamais été autorisé à vivre dans la maison. On dit que le manoir est hanté par l'esprit agité de Myron, ainsi que par l'apparition douloureuse de Jane Lake, créant une atmosphère étrange qui reflète l'histoire tragique de la famille.

Le palais de justice du comté de Washoe à Reno, construit en 1912, est un monument historique réputé pour ses rencontres fantomatiques. We recently took this tour, I can’t remember our guides name but her daughter Cheyenne was very sweet and would give plant facts on the walk. Lots of Reno history, beautiful buildings and walking definitely be prepared to walk! I think my only complaint was at the end of the tour we were in a skate park with lots unhomed people which made someone not from the area feel lost and unsafe. Especially since our group was being followed at the end by someone who was crying and seemed unwell.
You never know what to expect. The first graveyard we got to was a parking lot I saw some something blurry. First I need to let you know that I completely charged my camera before I got there. So I started videotaping the parking lot where I saw the blurriness I washed my battery go completely dead absolutely suck dry. Watched a lot of Ghost Hunter shows and seen seen that happen on TV but never has that experience myself.
Totally was not what I was expecting. All we did was walk around and listen to the Guide. She would just tell a story in front of the building. Really boring.
The directions by Google to the start point were way off. Thankfully the guide, Debbie, called us and after some confusion about where we were and where we needed to be we found the start point. The tour itself was enjoyable, I'm grateful the guide didn't walk really fast and she was a really nice person.
This tour was absolutely fantastic, unfortunately I forgot our tour guides name. But her daughter who was very hospitable and added very much to the tour as well was named Cheyenne. Great great experience. I’m in town for my bday weekend to watch a thrash show at the Grand sierra resort, but this was honestly the highlight of my trip. Thank you so much, I will recommending to any anyone that plans to visit Reno in the future :)
Debbie was great knowledgeable and fun! Used a ghost hunting app and spots she said would be active were. I was a bit skeptical about an app since they claim to be for entertainment but found a good one and a lot of things she said matched up which made the tour more credible and awesome!
It was very interesting, not the best ghost tour I’ve been on. I’ve had much better in New Orleans Chicago, and Savannah, Georgia.
The wife and I had a blast during our tour with Paul. We had purchased out tickets the day prior and were surprised but also very fortunate that we were the only two people for that evening's tour. We arrived early and the leisure of starting earlier upon notice that we would be the only two guests for the night. The next hour was filled with rich history, engaging storytelling, and a walk along some of Reno's most historical landmarks. The two of us walked in to the toru expecting a tour of haunted locations but instead were informed of just how much interesting history Reno has to offer. There was never a moment where we got bored nor impatient for the next stop. Had I known there was an extended version of this, the wife and I would have happily booked that tour instead because it was just so interesting and engaging to participate in. It's important to note that the tour does not enter any of the buildings that guests embark on during their experience and also that there is a little bit of walking. Tour Guide Paul noted before our journey that we might possibly encounter ghosts/spirits during the evening, either physically or through images. While they were not guaranteed, the wife and I took some pictures and speculate that we may have gotten a photo of one of the spirits at the Lake Mansion which will be included for observation in this review. This was a 5/5 experience and whenever we're back in Reno, we hope to schedule again!
Our guide Paul blended history, intrigue, tragedy, and mystery in what was easily my favorite ghost tour of all time. This is a MUST DO in Reno!!
Guide was a great historian and gave a great tour. The tour would have been a lot better if we could have gone into some of the buildings that she spoke of !
