Recoleta & cimetière pour curieux

Description
Entrez dans l’âge d’or argentin. Note : L'entrée au cimetière est facultative.

Ignacio was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us so much insight into the area, history of Argentina, and the cemetery. This was really worth it!
We are glad to rad it was really worth it for you. Thank you!
What a fabulous morning we had. Nico was full of great, knowledgeable information which he related to us with passion. The walk took in some lovely parts of Recoleta, ending at Evitas crypt in in the cemetery. We both really enjoyed the walk and learning more about Buenos Aires history.
Ignacio was friendly and easy to understand. His historical knowledge taught us much about the history of Buenos Aires, Argentina and surrounding countries. His English was top notch, and we would highly recommend this tour.
Thank you Ginny! It was a pleasure :-)
Fantastic time learning the history of BA while enjoying the architecture and beauty of the city. Nicholas was amazing! His love and passion for his city really shined. We loved the walk to the cemetery as well as inside. AMAZING experience!! Highly recommend!!
I am glad to read you enjoyed yestarday! Thank you for joining :-)
MUST DO!! Nico was our phenomenal tour guide who brought the rich Argentinian history and culture to life. It was not a lecture but an engaging conversation the entire time. We learned about politics, economics, and the intricacies of European influence in modern day Buenos Aires. Nico is an expert on these subjects and brings humor and fun every step of the way. Highly recommend this fabulous experience.
Thank you for bearing with the heat! I am glad to hear you enjoyed the experience :-)
Wonderful tour! Our tour guide, Nico, was incredibly knowledgeable and gave a well versed history of the city during our tour. We didn't realize how much walking we would be doing (about 2 hours around the city and then 1 hour in the cemetery). Overall about 5-6 miles of walking.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review and for your kind words! I’m delighted to hear your family enjoyed the tour and found the historical insights engaging. I appreciate you mentioning the walking distance. It is true, we do cover a fair amount of ground to make sure we see all the highlights described in the itinerary, including the cemetery visit. I’m glad you were up for the adventure!
Loved this tour! Our favorite of the trip. Nico was so knowledgeable (and we have tons of questions) and fun. He brought the city to life! I liked that he came into the cemetery with us at the end as well to provide even more information.
It was a pleasure walking around the city with such a curious group! Thank you for joining!
The guide did not show up at the agreed time. As a result, there was not a tour. Company did not communicate this to us in advance.
Hi Alice. The tour was cancelled 24 hours in advance due to the weather conditions. I am sorry to hear the site did not communicate that to you.
This tour of Recoleta and the cemetery was excellent and truly enhanced our visit to the area. Our guide was a wealth of knowledge and shared rich historical context, cultural insights, and meaningful stories that brought the neighborhood and the cemetery to life. We learned far more than we would have on our own! If you are interested in understanding the history and evolution of the area, and the significance of Recoleta Cemetery beyond just walking through it, this tour is absolutely worth it. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a deeper, more meaningful experience.
Thank you so much Kayla for such a nice review! It was a pleasure walking down Recoleta with you :-)
We had such a wonderful tour with Sofie. She was thoughtful, energetic. And very knowledgeable. She opened our eyes to things we never would have spotted on our own. She had histories and stories and anecdotes that increased our knowledge of Buenos Aires as well as the development of Argentina. Hope that the next person who signs on for this tour has the advantage of meeting Sofie.
Experiencing wonderful times is what we work for :-) thank you!
