Rastafari Cultural VTT Community Experience de Montego Bay

My group was grateful for everyone today! With a Rastafari tour. My girls and I enjoyed EVERYONE! Jr our driver was amazing. He gave us a tour as we were driving through town and stopped when we needed to stop at the coconut stand w/Mr.Heaven. Jr made the ride fun and the music was fire! Elisa, Daniel and Dino were GREAT once we got to the excursion they took their time with us and really explained the community and culture to us! We really appreciated them for showing us the community and giving us the history. Nicholas at the ganja farm was also great and knowledgeable. The tour and all the food was great. Hands down the BEST part of our trip. I love the roaring river community and want to come back for sure

The tour was nice and informational. I did not appreciate having to pay full price for my daughters or myself when we were passengers only. My daughters are 11 & 14. During the tour they would drive for a few minutes and have us get out to stand around and possibly buy from their stands. We wanted to drive/ride with less stops. The folks were very kind but the price was excessive. We spent $840 and only operated 3 vehicles. That did not include the $200+ for transportation. I would not recommend this trip.

A really good outing for the day, Owen drove to and from the location and gave great insight to the community Andre and Skella, were the tour guides, very friendly and took us around the community making sure we were ok through the outing, swimming in the stream, trying local fruits, and the Atv car was really fun on the dirt track, fun guys and enjoyable day Defo worth the trip!

Super fun and informative! The guides were so nice and we learned so much! They were very friendly and answered all of our many questions! Delicious food too!!

The tour was amazing, we stoped at the lake and was able to swim in the nature spring water with the locals, the food at the end was so good and didn’t even know it was a vegan dish. Our driver was Junior and he was amazing as well, he picked us up and took us back.

Rastasafari was a cool experience — authentic, welcoming — and honestly a better way to spend tourist dollars, especially with the island still recovering from a major hurricane. As someone of Jamaican descent who prefers real, rooted experiences, I appreciated this tour deeply. Having my teenager with me made it even better; it gave him a glimpse into the culture from the ride to the village and through the village itself. That said, expectations should be managed, especially given the island’s recovery status. It’s the kind of experience where you bring the vibes, too. Special shout out to Keneil, Colwayne, and Shevon. They were like family and kept us safe. The food was good, the energy was right, and overall I’m glad I took the tour — I’d recommend it.

My friends and I had a fantastic day at the Rastafari Cultural ATV community activity. We want to thank Eran our driver for being very careful on the road and informative. The experience was an adventure, we got to ride the UTVs in the countryside, swim with the locals in the river, visit a ganja farm and also eat some authentic vegan food. Everything felt very natural and fluid. Thank you to the team for a very raw and genuine experience. Please do visit when in Jamaica. Sidenote: If you are plus size, don't be afraid to participate in this excursion, everyone is accommodating and the experience is fun!

Wow!!!! Out of all the excursions my husband and I did on this trip, this was by far our favorite! ❤️ You absolutely MUST book this on your next trip to Jamaica. Not only was it such an amazing experience, but you’re also supporting the local community as they continue to recover from the devastating hurricane last year, which made it even more special. The locals were so welcoming, our tour guide was amazing, and the views were absolutely beautiful. And the Mineral River… WOW! It was so refreshing and peaceful. I could’ve stayed there all day! I was honestly so sad when the excursion was over because I didn’t want it to end. Everything about it was amazing, and it’s definitely an experience I’ll never forget.

Did a Village tour with André and Shevon. They were amazing and so friendly. It was possible to try the real vibe of Jamaica and rastafari life. The Woodpecker shop has great carving pieces of art. A must do. Perfect!
