Itinéraire
Départ de la ville de La Paz (6h00 - 6h30) selon coordination.
Nous traverserons la ville d'El Alto très tôt pour éviter le trafic et le chaos de cette ville.
Au cours du voyage, nous apprécierons l'Altiplano bolivien (partie nord) entouré de chaînes de montagnes et du lac Titicaca.
Depuis la ville de Palcoco (haut plateau), nous emprunterons un chemin de terre en direction de la Cordillère Royale.
Pendant le voyage, nous verrons une vue panoramique de la Cordillère Royale de Bolivie, il y a 120 kilomètres à explorer les montagnes, nous pouvons nous arrêter pour prendre des photos panoramiques
Au cours du voyage et très près de notre destination, nous verrons la face ouest du Huayna Potosí enneigé (6088 m), la montagne la plus populaire pour faire vos premiers 6000 mètres d'"alpinisme".
Nous arriverons en véhicule 4x4 à la lagune de Juri khota (4730 mètres). Nous profiterons de la promenade et des paysages en traversant trois lagunes : nous commencerons par la lagune JURI KHOTA (4730 mètres), en passant par la lagune SLOVENIA (4900 m) jusqu'à atteindre la lagune GLACIAIRE VENTANNI (5030 m). ITINÉRAIRE: Heure de départ: 6h00 Temps de trajet : 2,5 heures Heure de retour : 15 heures. environ Heure d'arrivée (La Paz) : 18h ou 19h. environ NIVEAU DE DIFFICULTÉ: MOYEN/HAUT, randonnée en haute altitude de 4700 à 5030 mètres. Le parcours est rocheux avec 40% de rochers (environ), des chaussures confortables sont donc nécessaires. DISTANCE: Environ 8-9 km (aller-retour). It is a unique experience that yes or yes you have to live if you travel to Bolivia. The scenery and views are amazing, plus the experience on the different trails, the logistics and energy of Abdon is amazing. Super recommended.

This was our second time going with Abdón up into the Cordillera Real, and it was a wonderful experience once again. This time he took us to the other side to see other lakes and other glaciers. All sorts of different topography. It snowed on our way back. Absolutely majestic. And had the place all to ourselves (only saw one other group that went on a different trail). And Abdón is a great guide who we now consider a friend. He clearly loves being out there and trying to keep it pristine. And the people in those areas clearly trust and think highly of him, all of which is unfortunately quite rare in Bolivia—traditional tour guides from the city tend to descend on these kinds of places and they and their tourists just take a bunch of selfies and leave behind a bunch of trash. If you're in Bolivia and want to experience the high peaks of the Andes, look no further!
Excellent tour, I went with my husband and the tour is private with the guide Abdon, he picked us up in his 4x4 car we were super comfortable, the landscape is spectacular another level we could see two lagoons and one is already in the glacial, Abdon also took many pictures and took us some very delicious snacks typical of Bolivia just to recover energy, I had nerves for the climb, but we climbed calmly and patiently abdon very friendly. As for the climb up the height was challenging 400 meters of positive slope, they are like 9 kilometers round trip but less 5 and a half hours of travel, I also liked that Abdon was very vigilant in case you feel ill at altitude they offer medication. When you arrive, they also give you snacks to recover energy. Highly recommended, besides that it is a busy place then you can enjoy the landscapes to the fullest.
This hike was unique – surrounded by 5,000 to 6,000 metre peaks (or even higher) – sunshine, great snacks, his extensive mountain experience.
