Ce circuit vous permet de découvrir la nature lapone à son meilleur avec deux activités locales combinées - la raquette à neige à travers les forêts et la pêche sur glace sur un immense lac gelé. Sur toutes nos excursions, nos groupes sont limités à 8 voyageurs maximum. Il est très important pour nous de vous offrir la meilleure expérience possible et d'éviter le tourisme de masse. Ainsi, votre guide vous connaîtra mieux et pourra répondre à tous vos besoins et répondre à vos questions. De plus, concernant la pêche sur glace, garder nos petits groupes permet à nos clients de vivre pleinement le silence paisible de la nature lapone. Comme nous le disons habituellement - plus le groupe est petit, plus l'expérience est grande !

Snowshoeing was very good and great experience. But ice fishing was unnecessary. The instruments (fishing) were like a toy and we didn't have any light to wear on our heads. So we couldn't see. That's why I can only recommend snowshoeing
Very calm and enjoyable experience - Jana was a great guide, she tailored it to meet people’s abilities and was very patient. Ice fishing in theory is fun, but social teepee hangs with snags was pretty cool too! She did great timing the snow too :)
Amazing family trip ice fishing, husky ride and reindeer ride. The service was amazing and we all had a great time. It was the experience of a life time. Highly recommended to all

I am neither physically fit, nor adventurous so engaging in these Arctic outdoor activities made me nervous. My hubby made the right choice starting out with snowshoeing and ice fishing. We were very fortunate to meet Jordan. Jordan is clearly cut out for a guide in the wild Lapland. Despite being skilled and experienced, he was patient and kind. He gently guided me through the tour, paid attention to our well being throughout the morning, while also educating us about the Lapland. His knowledge of the land was evident and he clearly also has all that is needed to survive the wild Lapland. We also had Jac with us that day. She had an amazing personality, was extremely helpful, sincere and genuine. We almost had her come by with us last night to catch the Aurora and we were sad when she was deployed to a it her tour.

Nice fishing activity, but there is no snowshoe hiking as indicated in the advertisement. Small wood fire under teepee to warm up after the activity

A lovely winter excursion with 8 participants plus guide Bozo. The group size is - as always with Wild About Lapland - to be emphasized, because in a small group of max. 8 people plus guide it is much more personal and individual (no mass processing, as we experienced with another operator with 20 to 40 people [booked through the travel agency]). The snowshoe hike was a great experience, where we simply "walked" between the trees on our own. Here the effect of nature in temperatures below minus 30 degrees is added. The view of the large frozen lake was unique and is recommended. The ice fishing (each pair drills its own hole) was a nice change, and Bozo took photos of us - these photos with the winter background (wide view with hints of sunrise) will stay with us for a lifetime. Unfortunately we didn't catch anything, but we didn't expect that either. Unfortunately we forgot to follow Bozo's advice: put your fingers in the water! That would certainly have been an irritating experience, as the liquid water has a temperature of at least +3 degrees, while the ambient temperature was -35 degrees. So we have to repeat the tour. :-) At the end we sat in a tent by the campfire, Bozo entertained us well and we grilled and ate sausages together. We were also able to ask questions on this trip, which were answered openly and in a friendly manner. Again, a very personal and friendly tour. Thank you very much! We would/will happily go on tour with this operator again at any time. Chaotic organization, too little space in the cars, too large a group and therefore waiting too long for everything and everyone. The male guide didn’t seem to feel like it either, sighing a lot and turning his eyes. The guide Maria tried to keep the Mood going but the calf had already drowned. But super nice location for ice fishing! Tip: don't book snowshoes because this is really nothing, is a trail of a few hundred meters, totally not worth it for the extra price and then they hang in the way at your feet. Or do something else with your money.

I am sorry that the group of 8 was to big for you, these are the smallest groups you will get in Rovaniemi, unless you choose a private tour. The vehicles have 9 seats, 8+1, this is quite standard, if it isn't enough space for you, then I am sorry for the inconvenience. The snowshoeing is very popular, and it is snowshoeing and ice fishing, so naturally we go to the location of the fishing, which is a walk through our private forest. For longer snowshoe trips, book the snowshoeing on its own as it is then clearly not a combined activity.
