Silverbird Tours were very easy to work with to develop a customized 5 day/4 night chimpanzee (Nyungwe NP), gorilla, golden monkey (Volcano NP) treks and animal safari (Akagara NP). Justin, my driver/guide, was very professional and knowledgeable. The Silverbird vehicle was a newer SUV, clean, reliable and in good condition. All arrangements from picking me up at Kigali airport to dropping me off back at the airport in good time for my flight were provided as agreed. The accommodations were clean and comfortable.
