We had the best time! Yuca is fantastic! I would make this a must for your trip (especially if you love gyoza and ramen).
Magnificent moment of sharing and culture with Matane, excellent ramen!!! Thank you very much, we finished our stay on a high note thanks to you. Kisses from Switzerland
YUCa was such a warm and welcoming host! She made us feel so comfortable in her home. Her attention to detail and her kindness was so special and memorable. We have 3 kids (ages 17, 12 and 12) and she ensured that everyone had a role in the preparation and cooking of the delicious food. Our kids loved making ramen and gyoza from scratch and so did we! We learned enough that we are looking forward to trying again ourselves, using her recipe. This was such a beautiful way to experience Japanese cooking and culture! It was so special and memorable! She even took the time to show us around her local supermarket. I would highly recommend this to anyone and was touched by how gracious and helpful YUCa was. This was an absolute highlight of our trip and we would be overjoyed to have the chance to do it again in the future! ❤️
The cooking experience was exactly what we expected. She is very friendly and outgoing and made the cooking experience even better. I highly recommend.
This is my first time taking a cooking class and I really enjoyed it. It’s fun and you learn so much about Japanese cooking. Highly recommend!
This was absolutely a fantastic experience! We felt very welcome and had a wonderful time learning the Japanese style of cooking and culture. The class was about two hours. I would highly recommend!!
This was honestly one of the best classes I’ve ever attended. Yuca was incredibly kind, polite, welcoming, and professional from the very beginning. She created such a warm and friendly atmosphere that made everyone feel comfortable, even though we were all from different parts of the world. One of my favorite parts of the experience was connecting with the other people in the class. We shared so many laughs, learned together, and had an amazing time from start to finish. Yuca explained everything clearly, guided us through every step, and had thoughtful answers to all of our questions. The ramen and gyoza we prepared were absolutely delicious, and making them ourselves made the meal feel even more special. The experience did not end when the cooking class was over either. Yuca kindly took us on a tour of a local supermarket, showed us different Japanese ingredients, and explained which products were worth buying and how they could be used. It was much more than just a cooking class. It was a fun, authentic, and memorable cultural experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan. Thank you, Yuca, for such an unforgettable experience!
Yuca was amazing! Hands diwn one if the best things we chose to do in Tokyo! I ca make ramen at home from scratch.

I hope you'll enjoy making these Japanese dishes at home and that they bring back wonderful memories of your time in Tokyo. I hope to see you again on your next visit to Japan!
We absolutely loved our visit with Yuca, she was welcoming and provided such a great environment for our cooking experience. Yuka has great communication skills and got all 5 of us involved with each step of the cooking process. We cooked ramen and gyoza and all enjoyed our finished product with glasses of her own brand tea. I would highly recommended Yuca to anyone visiting Japan who would like to learn how to make their delicious dishes. Thanks for a great experience Yuca 😊
Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Kylie! 😊 It was such a pleasure to cook with you and your lovely group. I'm so happy to hear that you enjoyed making ramen and gyoza together, and that you liked sharing the meal with my tea as well. Thank you for your kind recommendation—it truly means a lot to me. I hope the recipes will bring back happy memories of your trip to Japan whenever you make them at home. Wishing you all the very best, and I hope to see you again on your next visit to Japan!
