After payment we did not automatically receive our entrance tickets for the Duomo visit. I had to bother and send a message to customer service, so we get our entry tickets on time. They should send it without delay and without another request!
Beautiful check with unique stained glass. The detailed craftsmanship is unmatched! Our only issue is the party that sent us the tickets was not clear which ticket to use.
DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. This excursion says it is skip the line. It is NOT. Apparently there is NO SKIP THE LINE for the cathedral, just for the rooftop. Totally falsely advertised. The staff direct you to the Longest line, that is the Skip The Line Line, no joke. Unfortunately for us, 3 separate staff told us we were in the correct line, and it turns out we were in the group line. Waited an hour, only to be told that we were in the wrong line and had to go to the BACK OF THE SKIP THE LINE LINE. A nightmare. Staff was horribly rude, took no accountability for misdirecting us. Belittled us in front of a massive group of people who thought we were trying to beat the line. Terrible experience. A sham. DO NOT PAY EXTRA SKIP THE LINE, it also DID NOT INCLUDE AN AUDIO GUIDE as advertised for the cathedral or the museum. I’ll be seeking a refund.

Easy entrant, however the information after or before booking should mention the dress code or restrictions. I wasnt informed and I didnt know about it and nearly couldnt make it as the security guards were very stricket.

The group had Prompt communication and called to made sure we got our tickets. That was very much appreciated….Since I didn’t know how to do much of this I didn’t know we needed a QR code to get in. Otherwise it was very smooth. Thanks

It was a wonderful experience! The cathedral is beautiful, and you can feel the history. It's a shame you have to pay extra to see things inside the cathedral. Nevertheless, it was worth the visit.

Loved visiting the Milan Cathedral with reserved entry—no waiting! The inside is just as stunning as the outside, and the archaeological area added extra depth to the experience.
The Milan Cathedral is absolutely breathtaking! Entry was smooth with the reservation, and exploring the Duomo and archaeological area was a unique experience. A must-visit in Milan!
