We book on that very day, but Assem still makes to pick us up within 30 minutes, which surprises us. Assem is very knowledgeable and professional, knowing well about Egyptian history and culture. He can explain and answer our questions, even difficult concepts, in fluent English. We have a particular spot wanting to visit inside the Pyramid Area, Assem immediately adjusts the schedule for us and makes it possible. On the day it is very hot, Assem makes sure we can find it easily after free time and ready the AC vehicle for us to chill. To conclude I would say this is a highly-recommended tour.

Ibrahim was an absolutely wonderful guide and is highly recommended! He speaks English well, is very well versed in Egyptology and set us up to take amazing pictures with the pyramids and the Sphinx. The best part is that he warns you about the peddlers and will make sure you are not harassed during your tour, unless you specifically ask to buy something. After the pyramids, they take you to a papyrus factory, aromatherapy shop, and Egyptian cotton factory, which are obviously sales points, but there was never any pressure and I felt like the quality was much better than what you would buy at the souks.

Great tour that spent enough time at Giza. Got to see everything I wanted! I can cross it off my bucket list!! Ibrahim is a great tour guide and provided me with the historical aspect of Giza.

This tour was an amazing experience! My boyfriend and I booked with Hesham’s company and were completely taken care of the entire time. Our tour guide, Hamdy, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful - a must have if you want to tour Giza, the pyramids, or sphinx! We were picked up from our hotel and taken to Giza with Hamdy, who pointed out all kinds of history about the cities of Cairo and Giza along the way. As he took us around the pyramids, he pointed out great spots to see and touch and took great pictures for us. When you visit, there will be people at the historical sites that will volunteer to take pictures of you and ask for money after. It’s a hustle for them, but our guide made sure we didn’t fall victim to these traps by taking our pictures for us! He even protected us from a few scams. Hamdy escorted us to private camel rides with another great guide who took amazing photos for us. We rode camels to the Sphinx and our guide made sure we had time for as many photos, videos and questions that we had. They were all funny, patient, and well studied. Overall, I highly recommend this booking. I cannot overemphasize the importance of having a consistent guide or company with you as you tour different sites. Not just for knowledge, but for safety as well. There are lots of tourist traps that you can fall into if you’re not accompanied by someone local. It is priceless in Egypt. They are so worth it for learning about the history, but even more invaluable for the comfort of having a familiar, friendly, and knowledgeable guide with you at Egypt’s sites and in the city.
