Tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly, would definitely recommend this activity if staying in Pula
Was a very nice experience. We had a calm sea and that makes rowing more pleasant. The place we had to be was not so well marked and we had to look. there is no sign or anything that you know where to be. We then sent a message to the organizer and he did answer well, otherwise it was a very nice trip and beautiful pictures and nice explanation from the organizers.
A must do if in Pola. We (my 21 year old daughter and I) stayed a week in Lovran (beautiful) an hour and a half away and only drove to Pula not to miss this experience before heading back home to Italy. Totally worth it! We truly enjoyed it. Then they took fotos and videos of us that they send right the following day. A moment we'll remember for ever :)
In itself, the kayak trip is a nice change, but here unfortunately not everything that is in the description was observed. The cave could not be visited/kayaked, because we were only told at the entrance of the cave (in the middle of the tour) that the government had temporarily closed the access because previous groups had apparently not behaved. I thought it was a pity, because for me that was also a reason why I had booked the tour. The local guides were very nice and always made sure that no one gets lost. What I also found a little stupid was the "drink", which then turned out to be a cup of water or beer. You should also be prepared that the times indicated on the website are not correct. Our tour started half an hour later than stated, which wasn't too bad as we got a WhatsApp message beforehand, in which everything was carefully explained to us again. All in all, it was a nice experience as I said, but again for this price I would not book the tour!
We booked the tour with the idea that we would explore the inside of caves! We only explored two caves from the outside, which we weren't allowed to enter. The photographs on the website are misleading because you don't actually enter any cave. The canoe lights aren't as good as in the photo and don't come in different colors, only white. The advertising is misleading and the tour is not worth your money.
Thank you for your feedback! We’re really sorry to hear the tour wasn’t what you expected. While we don’t actually go inside caves ( we used to go last year and in our description now there is no mention of going into caves), we realized that in our title we accidentally left Kayak Cave Tour instead of just Kayak Tour. We also realize how some guests may expect to go inside caves if they’ve seen photos on the Tripadvisor page from previous seasons guests — last year, entry inside was allowed. However, because of the incidents and to preserve the natural environment, this year’s tours view the caves from the outside, which still offers beautiful experience and photo opportunities. As for kayak lights, our lights can change to many colors, but we choose white and blue on most tours because they give the best visibility of the crystal-clear sea bottom and marine life, which is one of the highlights our guests love most. We truly value your feedback and hope we can welcome you back for a better experience in the future. Andrej
Was really lucky to get a spot two days before the tour took place and it was absolutely mesmerising. I did kayaking before but never in the night and as it sounds, it was truly magical. Not to mention that the guides are excellent at what they do and will answer any of your questions before and during the tour! Highly recommend!
We made a booking for the Kajaktour today 17.8.24 20:30. We came all the way from Rabac and it was cancelled 18 min before the meetingtime. We really understand when the wheater isn’t good but the wheater was fine and other tours also took place. This was a very disappointing experience. Will not recommend.
Seaclear Adventures were superb. They stand out because of their small groups - just 8 of us in double kayaks plus two guides on paddleboards. The sunset tour was an excellent choice, as you get to experience both sunset and night time. Sunset was truly beautiful as we paddled towards it. Our guides endured that we didn’t overlapping in any way with the huge group which had gone out just before us with another tour company. Paddling into the cave through the narrow limestone tunnel was extremely special. We got out in the cave, saw the sea anemones, the bats and had a complimentary drink (either beer or water). Having a transparent kayak with LEDs that changed colour and lit up the sea below enabling us to see the fish was great. It all felt very magical. As we exited the cave, there was a beautiful moon and tons of stars and satellites. Mihael and our other guide were friendly, fun and helpful. A fabulous way to spend a Saturday evening - great memories. Also, very easy to get there and back from town on the no. 1 bus. Wonderful to get an email with all the photos our guides took of us the next day.
Super nice tour and a very special experience! They took nice pictures of the activity and the activity supervisors were super enthusiastic and gave good explanations of the sights
