This was a great day spent with the best crew. The boat crew and photographers were excellent. Definitely buy the photos they’re worth it. Have fun drink the punch and go off the slide!

Booked the party boat cruise to celebrate a birthday. We had so much fun! The Sosua Party Boat team made sure we had a great time!

Todays boat ride and snorkeling was amazing. Water was perfect today The staff was fun and energetic, the food was on point, and the drinks were perfect for the day. Shout out to Yunior!!! Great day overall

So far the best experience I have ever experienced in northern DR. The water is beautiful many varieties of fish and the service is very good I would say they have a good combination to make people feel good I recommend it in closed eyes.

It was only me & my friend on the boat so we didn’t really get the true experience. Apart from that the staff & crew were amazing.

It was an overcast day, but that wasn’t the main issue. The real problem was that the catamaran never left the inlet at Sosúa Beach. Instead, we were stuck on a large boat rocking back and forth in rough water. The engine never started. The staff mentioned it had flooded and expected us to remain on a heavily rocking boat for four hours. Meanwhile, several staff members were drinking and playing music while more than a dozen guests were clearly uncomfortable and getting seasick. After about 30 minutes, we asked to be taken back to shore. While we were given a 50% refund, the experience still felt disappointing and poorly handled. Had the engine been functioning, perhaps we could have moved past the rough waters—but that wasn’t the case. Overall, the situation felt disorganized and not up to the standard I expected from the tour operator or TripAdvisor. Even under better weather conditions, I would not recommend this excursion with this vendor. I’ve been on other catamaran tours in the Caribbean that offered significantly better value and a far more professional experience.

This tour operator is borderline scammy - they intentionally mislead and leave out critical details. Would avoid if at all possible and find another operator even if a little more expensive. Be aware of the time difference between ship time and local time (this is one reason tourists will miss the pick up time and they will keep your money and not need to provide service). They make it difficult to find them once off the ship which is frustrating. They know many tourists are coming off the ship who likely does not have any reception but yet they claim to make contact 12-24 hours prior in order for the customer to confirm pick up spot. By the time we have reception, well what do you know, it's already too late and therefore it's our loss. I honestly believe they set up their tour start time intentionally for this reason. My biggest regret booking this tour, thinking that we'd be the exception to the numerous other negative reviews that was warning us all about this crooked tour operator.

This company is a scam. We booked the Catamaran Party Cruise with Snorkel and Open Bar several months in advance. We received confirmation of payment, shared our port for pickup, and were told our booking was confirmed. On the day of the excursion, we arrived at the port and went to the meeting spot they had directed us to outside the port. No one from their company was there to meet us or take us to the catamaran. We waited for quite a while alongside other tour operators and began to realize they were not going to show up. Sadly, that is exactly what happened. We paid nearly $500 for 4 people for this excursion. Some of the other operators tried calling the phone number listed, but no one answered at first. Eventually, someone picked up and told us their boat was broken and they would not be taking us out. We involved the port authority, and they were very helpful. They asked the operator for their tourism license, but Boat Trips Club refused to provide it. I would absolutely not book with this company. Our day was ruined, and we were left without the excursion we had planned. We did eventually receive a refund, but the entire experience was extremely disappointing and stressful.

I want to start with the fact that the tour company did make me whole and refunded my money for this excursion. I gave it a 3 for that reason. I am only writing this review to give others fair warning. Our ship arrived at 10am and cleared customs at 10:15am. The tour operator was very good with the communication and said to meet at 10:15 at the meeting spot (a solid 10-15 minute walk from the ship in Puerto Plata). They knew what ship we were on, and we were the only ship in port that day. We were literally the first ones off and walked fast to the meeting spot. In fairness, I did not have cell service. When we got to the spot, there were 5-10 other vendors, and they said they had never seen them or known them. One guy gave me his phone and said I could call them. I was told that they tried to reach me and waited for me but left when I didnt show. As I said, they said to meet at 10:15am and when I finally got cell service, I saw they texted me at 10:05am saying they were leaving in 3 minutes. ****Be very aware of the time the ship gets to port and confirm they will wait on the ships time. Also be aware the walk is close to a mile from the ship. **** We were bummed to miss the excursion but pleased that they refunded our money. We spent the day in the PP port at the pool near the ship and it was a fantastic day.
