Découvrez les secrets cachés de la forêt tropicale lors d'une expérience nocturne unique au pied du majestueux volcan Arenal. Accompagnés d'un guide naturaliste expert, nous parcourrons les sentiers du Mirador El Silencio, l'une des zones les plus riches en biodiversité de La Fortuna pour observer la faune dans son habitat naturel. Au cours de cette excursion, vous aurez l'occasion de rencontrer des espèces fascinantes telles que la grenouille sablier, la rainette Blue Jeans, l'impressionnante grenouille-taureau, également connue sous le nom de « grenouille mangeuse de poulet », et bien sûr, la plus emblématique du Costa Rica : la rainette aux yeux rouges. Ainsi que certains des serpents les plus impressionnants de la région : la vipère à cils, la vipère escargot, la puissante vipère de velours, la main de pierre et les serpents corail. Avec un peu de chance, vous pourrez également apercevoir des mammifères nocturnes tels que des paresseux et des fourmiliers. Entrons dans l'une des forêts les plus célèbres du Costa Rica et du monde, la forêt tropicale humide au pied de 2 volcans, le volcan Arenal et le volcan Cerro Chato. Notre expérience vous amènera à connaître l'histoire de la formation de notre pays, les volcans de notre région, le climat de notre région et l'observation de la flore et de la faune locales parmi lesquelles se distinguent les oiseaux tels que les toucans, les tangaras, les colibris et les perroquets. , certains amphibiens et reptiles comme les grenouilles de verre, les rainettes, les grenouilles de pluie et les crapauds comme le crapaud des forêts humides ou le grand crapaud géant, les serpents comme les coraux, les vipères comme le bocaracá, la main de pierre ou le célèbre velours, des mammifères comme les coatis, les tatous, les opossums, les singes hurleurs, les singes à face blanche et les singes écureuils, une grande variété de plantes comme les orchidées, les broméliacées, les fougères, les mousses et les plantes à fleurs.

We had such an incredible time, exceeded all expectations. Brandon is a fantastic, knowledgeable guide and was incredible with our 6yo girl. We saw snakes, frogs, spiders, tarantulas, bats, and a whole lot more.

It was a great experience. I had fun and learned a lot. I had Brandon as a guide, he was very knowledgeable about flora and fauna and answered all my questions. He also made sure we stopped to look at the animals and helped me take great pictures. I really recommend this hiking tour with him and his company, it was worth it. Highly recommended.

Gave them 4 stars bc the tour was delayed a bit due to traffic during Holy Week. Otherwise, we had a great evening hike and spotted different frogs, snakes, and insects. Would recommend this tour to anyone who’s interested in nocturnal animals!

Brandon was a great guide. We saw colorful frogs, snakes, tarantulas, and other creepy crawls things. What we expected and hoped for. It was a small group. The night sky was impressive.

Did the night walk around base of volcano looking for frogs in the ponds. Just amazing right from the start. Listening to frogs and then finding them in their habitat. Amazing walk and guide brilliant. Thank you!

Tour was incredible. Victor,our guide, spoke amazing English and had an incredible amount of knowledge. It poured our whole tour but you’re so distracted by the beauty it doesn’t affect the experience at all. So incredibly worth the money. The guide took phenomenal photos for us if we wanted him too and found so many animals we never would have seen without him. Both my husband and I are not hikers and even with the mud had no issues with the trail or length but for sure wear close toed walking shoes. Highly recommend especially for the price!
