Sunset Tours, veuillez entrer par notre restaurant sur place. Le capitaine vous rencontrera et emmènera les passagers au quai. Veuillez prévoir du temps supplémentaire pour le trafic. Vous devez arriver 30 minutes avant l'heure prévue pour vous enregistrer. Si vous utilisez un GPS - Veuillez saisir l'adresse et non le nom de notre société. Sadly, our tour was canceled due to lightning, but the staff was very friendly. I appreciate that they put our safety first. I also appreciate that I had a refund from Viator within a couple of hours. If I am ever in FL again, I will definitely try this boat tour again.
Great fun! Weather was great doing it at sunset…not so unbearably hot. Saw 3 alligators and a ton of birds. They give you hearing protection which is nice because it’s loud. Would definitely do it again

I selected a platoon sunset cruise and got Boggy Creek Airboat which I did not want. Also my ticket price was $44 pp and I ended up paying $159 (the math is way off). The boat ride was too noisy. Didn’t enjoy
Friday afternoon traffic “is tricky at best” from Orlando. We made it per the 1 hr arrival in advance request. Brandon and his father were great tour guides. Appreciated their efforts to stop fjr wild life and their personal history. An ideal sunset cruise and fun way to experience a airboat too! If they can make access to beverages prior to boarding an option - it would complete the “10” rating!

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. We booked a 1-hour sunset airboat ride, but the second staff member who was supposed to be on the boat never showed up. We waited over 20 minutes while the employee present kept trying to call him, but it became clear he wasn’t coming. According to their policy, one operator can only take up to 6 people. After making everyone wait, the employee offered to take just 6 people, but it would not be the full 1-hour tour. Since it was already sunset, it would get dark within minutes, which also raised safety concerns because the boats do not have lights. This meant the tour would be shorter and potentially unsafe, and there was no clear indication that customers would receive a partial refund. What made it worse is that there was a family visiting from Australia who had already been canceled on once before. This was their second attempt, and it was likely going to be canceled again. They ended up taking the ride since they were a group of 6, but it was still unfair, they received a shorter and riskier experience. We are now waiting for a refund, but we wasted about 2 hours driving there, plus part of our vacation time (we are not even from Florida). When we arrived, there was no manager or anyone in charge,just one employee waiting and multiple customers left in uncertainty. Overall, extremely poor organization and lack of responsibility. I would not recommend this place.
This was a particularly difficult and painful review for me to read because it is accurate and true. The 19 year old team member was a no call no show for thisi tour. That failure is entirely on us, and it prevented your ride from going out. We hold ourselves to a much higher standard, and in this case, we fell short. He's no longer with the company, and we;ve taken steps to ensure that this never happens again. We sincerely apologize for the disruption to your plans. My husband and I had a few hours to spend and we reserved this experience. I am so glad that we did it. So peaceful. The beautiful sunset, the war breeze, the baby and adult gator, so many birds and the sky. Thank you!

Billy was amazing at setting our group of 19 ages 2-51 up with an amazing time. He even met our group in the park and made sure we had the best time and experience. Our captain Jeff was great! Very informative showing us native and endangered birds and found us several large alligators and several babies. So much fun, beautiful sunset pictures , smooth as glass ride. This was our third visit over the last 20 years and each time was great! Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Orlando area!!
