Cette visite à pied est d'environ 4 heures au total, loin de l'agitation de la grande ville d'Osaka. Vous pouvez profiter de la nature saisonnière pendant la randonnée. Il est à environ 30 minutes d'Osaka par le train sur la ligne Hankyu. Mont Minoo un grand parc monumental, "Mino Park", qui a une belle cascade, "Minoo Waterfall" qui a été choisie comme l'une des meilleures chutes d'eau au Japon. Autour de la cascade, vous pourrez profiter de paysages variés tout au long des quatre saisons, du vert frais au printemps jusqu'à la belle automne en automne. Minoo Park a été désigné parc quasi national le 11 décembre 1967 comme l'un des projets commémoratifs du 100e anniversaire de Meiji. Un trésor d'habitats naturels d'environ 1 300 espèces de plantes, 3 500 insectes, beaucoup d'oiseaux sauvages, de mammifères, d'amphibiens, de reptiles, de poissons, etc. entourent le parc. Le monument naturel spécial, la salamandre japonaise, habite également la région montagneuse de Minoo.

Le 11 décembre 1967, le parc Minoo a été désigné quasi national comme l’un des projets commémoratifs du centième anniversaire de Meiji. Un parc de trésors d'habitats naturels d'environ 1 300 espèces de plantes, 3 500 insectes, de nombreux oiseaux sauvages, mammifères, amphibiens, reptiles, poissons, etc. entoure le parc. Le monument naturel spécial, la salamandre japonaise, habite également la région montagneuse de Minoo.
"Ryuanji" est le point central des cascades depuis l'Antiquité. Il existe un dojo où l’entraînement en montagne a souvent eu lieu. Les prêtres des montagnes se rassemblent ici en avril, juillet et novembre de partout au pays pour un rituel sacrificiel spécial. "Benzaiten", le dieu de la richesse, est inscrit dans la salle principale du temple et serait la plus ancienne des sept divinités chanceuses du Japon.
"Minoo Waterfall" est la cascade la plus recommandée au Japon par Osaka. La grande cascade a une largeur de 5 mètres et une hauteur de 33 mètres. La grande goutte crée une vue impressionnante à la base où l'eau tombe devant vous avec une couleur blanche. L'eau qui coule rapidement des parois rocheuses a une force impressionnante. La façon dont la surface de l'eau se replie après avoir heurté des rochers en saillie est très mystérieuse. En approchant de la cascade, vous pouvez laisser les sons des éclaboussures d’eau et des vents envoyer des ions négatifs dans tout votre corps.
À l'intérieur du magasin, vous pourrez déjeuner et prendre le thé dans une atmosphère calme. Les authentiques fèves de luxe torréfiées sont toujours soigneusement siphonnées, les riches saveurs et le goût légèrement amer sont connus pour être exquis.

Naoko, our guide, was exceptional in so many ways. First, she was very accommodating on the starting schedule when the weather turned rainy. She lead a leisurely nature walk to the shrine & waterfall, and pointed out features & wildlife that we would have missed. Being a local, she was also able to educate us on Japanese culture including the wabi sabi spirit, filial piety, haiku, and day-to-day life. We really enjoy her company. This tour is the highlight of our Osaka visit.

We had a wonderful time doing this hike with Yukari. Number one, she was an absolute sweetheart. She was very knowledgeable on the history of Japan, the town, and the waterfall. She also gave us suggestions for the rest of our trip through other cities. The hike to the waterfall was a trek but definitely worth it. We highly recommend this tour if you want to go outside of the big city and immerse yourself in nature!

It was a great tour - beautiful nature, fresh environment, and Ms Naoko Fukunishi was an excellent tour guide. Unfortunately, the leaves haven’t changed their green color. We wish we could come one month later to enjoy the autumn foliage.

I had an amazing time with Naoko as my tour guide. She was very knowledgeable, well prepared and extremely kind and friendly. The nature was beautiful and the sights are breathtaking. I highly recommend stopping by the insect museum - the butterfly dome was simply magical. Don’t hesitate is you are looking for something out of the ordinary in Osaka area.
