We had such a great time in Jaipur with Vivek. He was fun, warm, and incredibly easy to be around, and he knows a lot, not just about Jaipur but about the world, which made every conversation interesting. He really went the extra mile, helping us buy clothes at a local tailor and taking us to amazing street food spots we would never have found ourselves. We truly enjoyed our time with him and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a personal and memorable experience in Jaipur.
Took a stroll around the town with Vivek checking out the various foods available. All very tasty and most important well cooked and no side effects. One of the best things we have done in India. Great local knowledge and a fun guy to spend time with. Checked out some of the craftsmen too.
That was an amazing experience! Thanks to Vivek, the city opened itself from many good sides! Can only recommend and hope to visit Jaipur again with Vivek's guidance.
Fantastic trip with Vivek. Great local food and he knew everyone in town. Got to see the places we would never have found to eat. Very tasty and interesting. Great tour and highlight of the stay in Jaipur.
Vivek took us through many streets we would not have come to by ourselves. Throughout the whole tour he told us stories and history of Jaipur, as well as the culture and the different industries in the many streets. We stopped in multiple places for a snack and everything was delicious and traditional. We 100% recommend that you book Vivek, you will certainly have a great time and leave with several tips or Jaipur!
Vivek was an amazing guide around Jaipur. We walked for hours just exploring the streets, chatting and of course eating along the way. Vivek is very knowledgeable, makes you feel comfortable and is open to how you want the tour to go! Highly recommend.
Vivek was a wonderful host. He was full of facts and information abut the City, traditions, and inhabitants. Unfortunately, I was recovering from food poisoning so was unable to partake in the food tasting but my husband thoroughly enjoyed the 10 different snacks, sweets and food items that we stopped to eat along the way. It was part walking and Tuk Tuk. We agreed as a group to go and see the block printing and Vivek introduced us to a man who ran a family block printing factory and showroom. They told us about their craft and we watched them work and then they showed us to the showroom. There was one thing that I wanted to buy in Jaipur and it was bedding/throws as souvenirs/gifts and I bought a few plus they made me a dress in 6 hours and delivered it all to the hotel, excellent service. Highly recommend!
Walked with Vivek on a relatively quiet Sunday. Very knowledge on the history of the area. Tasted some interesting things along the way. Good time to take this tour before Jaipur old city gets busy. Was very pleased so that i extended my tour to visit the city palace and the observatory and also planned two additional trips with him.
The most amazing walking food tour through Jaipur. We tried such an assortment of traditional delicious street food. It was very reassuring to know we would not get sick as we went to all the best stalls. Vivek was so knowledgeable about the history and the food. My friend could not eat gluten and he was so accomodating to make sure she ate delicious not gluten food. Vivek was charming, incredibly knowledgeable and very passionate about sharing with us his knowledge. I loved it.
Amazing tour. Took me places I never would have imagined going, even after having spent time in Jaipur. Felt very safe and comfortable as solo female traveller. Would highly recommend.
